hello everyone and its time for "Wwe Weekly Werind". usually i post this blog series late but i will post it early for once. if you are new to this blog series, then i take a hard hitting look of what happened during the past week here in WWE and my thoughts on it, so lets get started:
i watched summerslam this past sunday and i have to say that it was a good ppv. i really liked it but i dont think it was worth the money i paid. it had good matches and great entertainment. my best match of the night was the taker and edge match. that match was simply the best. i would have liked it if there was blood and if they went on the top of the cell, but i dont think that the wwe will allow them to do that anymore. the batista match was so good. that is why i love wrestling. they fought back and forth with great grapple moves. i am glad that batista came out on top. when cena jumped off the tope rope and batista nailed him with a batista bomb, i thought "did anyone expect this match to be this good?" i would say if u missed this ppv, dont worry. i would say buy in on dvd as even though you know who wins, but you will see the great action.
raw this monday was just boring. i am really starting to get tired of raw for many reasons. raw doesnt have any action. they do but really nothing unlredictable. adamlie is doing a great job as GM but it is just the same old thing. i was surprised that CM Punk lost to Y2J. the championship scramble for raw doesnt seem to good. when i first heard it, i thought that it would be a big gimmick match like what TNA has. at first i didnt get it but later on i did. really there can be champion crowned 15 times. it seems interesting but i dont think its innovetive. adamlie said that it was but i think of innovetive as high risk and high flying like a ladder match, but this is a new concept and i would like to see what is in-store for this match. really raw was terrible and i give it a 3 out of 5 stars.
smackdown was way better than raw this week. smackdown started with vickie and i knew it was going to be great. vickie is one of the best GM's in smackdown history and i love her work. she is so great at her job. she said that smackdown would have a championship scramble so i knew it was a big deal then, now if only ecw has one. i dont know if ecw announced it on their show becuase i didnt watch it, but i wouldnt think so as how wwe really doesnt care for ecw. the qualifying matches on SD were great. i wanted all of the stars win. the brian kendrick is the future of this business and is doing great so far when he came to smackdown. i am actually a fan of him. shelton won, which i was really happy about and he could be US and WWE champ by next month. jeff won and i am glad as maybe he deserves it but i think his time will come later on in his career. everyone he will be a major champ but just give him time. i am glad that khali didnt win it as he isnt a great wrestler at all. i dont get it, he wrestles at a match at the biggest party of the summer and then he doenst wrestle here at a smaller ppv. just its weird as they usually put their best matches at summerslam. i think that the smackdown championship scramble is better than raw. raw's has the big names in theirs as those stars are more popular but smackdown's has more action stars that really put on good show.
there hasnt been any releases at all this week as the past two weeks there have been 6 stars per week leaving. most of you may heard by now that gail kim is coming back to the wwe. i dont know if she is REALLY coming back, but i know that her and TNA had parted ways. TNA has lost a big star and i dont know what the knockout division is going to do. WWE might put an offer on the table for gail kim to come back, i dont know if she will or not, but if she does then it will be great seeing her on WWE TV.
thanks for reading and good bye everybody!
