As the overwhelming success of this blog series I have to post it twice a week from all of the suggestions that I get. Here is another installment of "my thoughts". And today I am talking about CM Punk. He is known for drug free, no smoking, and no drinking. He is a perfect role model for kids. When CM Punk came into the WWE, just like anyone else, no one really knew what or how he wrestled. Well coming into the WWE when the ECW show came back on TV, he really was the main star. He stayed through the whole thing as ECW changed to be the extreme that people knew to the new "C" brand to make young stars. Well CM Punk, in my mind, just blew up. He really rose to the ranking in the WWE in a matter of time. CM Punk became a ECW champion and really carried the whole show. He later on won other titles and went on smackdown to fight for a little bit. Once he showed up on smackdown I knew the WWE really wanted this star to mean something. He then later competed on raw different times as well. But before going on raw to fight some matches, at Wrestlemania 24, he won the money in the bank ladder match which means that he is guaranteed a major title shot in his future. I knew that he would be big as that was the first time someone from ECW won that match. He didn't hold the briefcase that long because the week after the 2008 draft, where he got drafted from ECW to Raw, he cashed it in and won almost instantly. He really became the BIG star of a major show now. I will tell you that when he first became world title holder, I was questioning the decision of the WWE by making him carry the show and if he could really do it. At first I didn't think it would last that long, but he is still wrestling and still carrying the show. I know now that is very good and the future of the WWE, but I still think that the WWE is questioning him. You see, the WWE still wants him to get a bigger crowd and fan popularity, so by that they put him in matches every single week on raw. Now I cant remember the last time, on any show that the WWE has where they make a major champion fight EVERY week on that show. That tells me that the WWE still wants to get Punk a bigger crowd and it shows that they don't think he has a good crowd now. Don't get me wrong, punk is a great performer and the future of the WWE, but still his popularity is still low, otherwise the WWE won't have to book him in action every week. I like to see him wrestle as he is very good, but I still think he needs more fans. I can say that he is a great role model for kids and basically everyone and he is the future of this business. Only being in the WWE for a short amount of time, he already been at the top of two brands, one being ECW and one being the so called "flagship show" Raw. CM Punk's career is not over by a long shot as I see him being at the top of a long time and winning many other titles! That is all for "my thoughts" for today but please check back to my others and wait to see my others coming soon. If you have any suggestions for a future "My thoughts" blog, then feel free to message me. Anyway that is my thoughts on this topic, but what are yours? Talk to you next time!

I agree that CM Punk is a very good wrestler. The wwe has a lot of younger viewers watching every chance they get. They need to hear about a champion that don't drink, don't smoke, and don't take drugs.I think it's great. Vince McMahon made it public on Raw that he liked the old HBK that liked to party and carry on. That's not good for our children to hear. Yeah, it was time for CM Punk.
