I think the most of the TNA matches and hits are real but not all, there are a lot of injuried wrestlers in the company after a PPV and in the hardcore matches you can see bloody in the wrestlers body.

Don´t worry friend, in my country wrestling is a minority sport and here don´t broadcast wrestling shows either, only a Smackdown & RAW summary the weekend, not the whole show and it have a lot of cuts in the show and for that reason I have to see wrrestling shows for internet, I watch WWE and TNA shows.
TNA is the second better wrestling company behind WWE and they have a lot of former WWE wrestlers in their roster like Hulk Hogan, Mick Foley, Steiner, Kevin Nash, Team 3D (Dudle Boys), Abyss, Raven Stevie Richards, Kurt Angle, Bobby Lashley, Victoria, Tazz.....they are a young wrestling company, they only are for eight years in the business, but they have a high rating and they could compete with WWE in the future like WCW in the past.
I think that TNA is an amazing wrestling company and their shows are awesome, I could leave the show links of this weeks if you´re interested to see them.
They have awesome divas (Knockouts in TNA) and they can wrestle not like the WWE divas, huge tag team groups and they have amazing matches, the women tag team title and a title for the highflyers wresters, The X Division Title.

I watched Smackdown/ECW Live 2 months ago. And no i haven't met HBK yet.
