Has everyone been adhering to their New Year's Resolutions? Well, mine has been to stick to an even stricter Vegan lifestyle. Through research, I have found amazing products and even more meat substitutes. I wanted to invite anyone who is willing to venture into the land of knowledge to branch out and research!!!! If vegetarianism is something you have ever considered, you can find so many websites and great information via the internet regarding how to get started! PETA even has a great vegetarian starter kit!!

Remember that the holiday season is over and the new year is well on its way, but charities still need time and attention. Whatever your favorite charity is, please be sure to still donate your time!
