Two weekends ago I went down to San Diego to help Nikki move in her new place....
...I am a nice sister!!!!
We took a break and walked through the Farmer's Market. We bought juice, bread, oils, produce, flowers, jewelry and I got a cute little peace sign purse. I couldn't believe all the neat stuff, for a cheap price. SOoooo Fresh!!!!
I was thinking that the Farmer's Market is very eco-friendly. The way they grow their food, they don't use any chemicals to clean their produce and it's not transported by huge trucks. Also, they seemed to really care for the environment and ways to help.
Lastly, The Farmer's Market is all local farmers in your area. In this economy and the way times are, it's awesome to know your helping out people in your community and their business!!!!

This week has been a crazy one, but when I get overwhelmed I always love to take a time out with Nature. When I'm enjoying the sunrise, sunset, birds singing, the wind blowing, the shapes of the mountains and the sun rays; I realize why I am eco-friendly. There's truly so much beauty in our Earth and it doesn't cost a thing to enjoy it! Here in the US alone I have visited the Grand Canyon, the huge Montana skies, the lushes Yellow Stone Park and the big beautiful blue waters of Lake Tahoe.....amazing how those are the things that take our breath away and keep us in aaww.
Who thought drinking coffee could be a global impact??? Well, I definitely didn't, but after doing some research I realized that we should be drinking coffee with organic brands.
Coffee brands that aren't organic are grown using hazardous pesticides. Not only does that hurt our environment, but hurts those beautiful birds we love hearing when we wake up in the morning.
Coffee beans are a shade-loving plant, so if they are grown organically then they grow in a process that protects the environment.
