The Undertaker Born Mark Calaway on March 25, 1963. He was born in Huston TX. Then moved to Tennessee . Where he graduated at Waltrip High School. He was a member of their Basketball team. Before he desided to be come a wrestler he was almost a Basketball player. Undertaker was going to go to Japan to play Basketball. To join the Olympic team. How cool. He almost did not become the Phenomon . Undertaker wanted to play Basketball or become a Boxer. Someone told him he was too tall for Boxing. It was just by chance that he became a Wrestler . He was called the Punisher first way before he was the Undertaker.
The Undertaker started 1984 as the Punisher the Big Texas Red in WCCW. That was later called WCW. He did not renew his contract with WCW. Vince McManhon asked him On Nov. 1990. To join then WWF as The Undertaker. Mark Callaway has been with WWE/WWF since then and is one of the seniors still there. The only other is Shawn Michaels.
There has been a couple differents gimmicks of him. The Ministry of Darkness, American Bad Ass, Even with Kane as The Brothers of Destuction. But, The Undertaker is the longest running one and what he is best known as. If you ask WWE they will say Kane and Undertaker are Brothers but, They are not even half brothers. They do however like to work together. Infact if you get to work with The Undertaker you know you are moving up in the wrestling world.
Taker has a going 17-0 at Wrestle Mania's . He has won 2 Heavyweight , 4 WWE Championships. He is also known for the only winner of 2007 in the Royal Rumble , after entering in as 30th Wrestler . He is the first one. The only other is John Cena in 2008.
Did you know that the Undertaker has also been on TV and in movies? He appeared in 1991 film The Suburban Commando. Episode : The Poltergeist : The Legacy . And on Celebrity Death Match. Personally I would love to see him on TV and in the movies more often.
Aside from Wrestling , some of his other interest are, Collecting Choppers, (no kidding right? ) He belongs to Westcoast Choppers , Which is headed up by Jesse James. Jesse James made him a custom built bike just for him. He enjoys listening to Heavy Metal music. Some of his Favorites are AC/DC , Iron Maiden, Ozzy, He is a massive fan of Nick Cave. Mark also loves to watch Boxing and UFC matches. He has been seen at a lot of these . He is also invested in Real Estate with his partner Scott Everhart.
He has also Established "The Zeus Compton Save the Animals fund" At the College Texas A&M college of Veterinary Medicine & Boimedical Science to help pay for life saving treatments for big dogs. So you see he looks mean and evil but, he has a warm and sweet heart esp. towards animals. He is also kinown as The General esp. with the new guys. He welcomes every new member of WWE. And he helps them get started and what to do. He does befriend a lot of the wrestlers only if they put a lot of effort in Wrestling.
" My own thoughts "
As you can see I did not put in any of his "very personal" things in. I do not will will I ever. There are things that I do know but, really is none of my bussiness. This is not What I want to know. Unless I really met him then I would like to know but, even then I would not tell it publicly . And really does anyone want their dirty laundry out in the open? No! I did not think so. Me neither .
The Undertaker is my Favorite Wrestler. I will not say I am his #1 Fan. This is used toooooo many times. I will say I do love what he does and I have met him. Not on a personal level but, I enjoyed him a lot. I found out he likes to talk and he does like what he calls normal fans haha! ( if he only knew) ha ha . I can not wait for his return!!!
