so its been a whole two weeks since I last blogged and mostly thats because I've been unimpressed by the last few weeks of shows that I haven't felt compelled to write anything about them lately.... not to say that it hasn't been entertaining in the least because then i wouldn't have watched any of them.... and since I haven't written about any of the shows lately, I'm going to comment on some things per usual...

Supposedly gossip says that Gail Kim is coming to WWE!!!!! I'm extremely excited about the endless possibilities that she will have upon re-entering the company, however I am a little disappointed because she did help build the women's division in TNA.

Speaking of disappointments, I'm kinda wishing that this storyline with Glamerella... I was hoping that the Glamazon would use Santino to grab at the opportunity to not only become the Women's champion, but to also claim the Intercontinental championship title as well... I mean COME ON!!!! Its been a long ass time since we had a REAL female power house who would be capable of fighting amongst the guys and i'm waiting to see when its gonna happen again!!!!! ugh

anyway...... one of my friends that emails me on the constant recently asked me who my favorite wrestlers were at the time. and its not a question that I get asked a lot... which is really ironic seeing as this is a wrestling site, anyway I listed some people who I was impressed with at the time... He said something along the lines of "wow you like all the people who nobody usually cares about." and he was completely right.  and it got me thinking that today a lot of fans tend to care about the faces, the heels, and the legends... but what about the rest of the people in the industry.... I see a lot of people talking smack about the fans that like the wrestlers that they dislike, calling them names, saying that they're not "REAL FANS" if they like this wrestler or that one, or if they weren't around to appreciate the Attitude Era and the Monday Night Wars....

.....has it really come down to that? that someone can't just watch a show and enjoy it? I mean really? Why is it that people can't appreciate that these people, even the ones that they absolutely can't stand, who put everything on the line, their reputations, their personal lives, their physical well being to work for a business that they love and the fans (whether they love them or hate them) that they entertain?

its really mind-boggling to me...

apparently the wwe has the need to cut back on some of their employees and i only just heard about it!!!!!!!!

I recently discovered that the wwe has just released a lot of developement wrestlers AND some big names!!!!!

HOW CAN THAT BE???? i'm so disappointed right now.... but on his myspace blog he said that he was ok becuz this way he can focus on tattooing and the hardy show, not only that but he plans to work the indy circuit, or so it seemed that he implied that any way....

I wish only the best for all of the ppl that the wwe has released and i hope to see you all in your future endeavors!!!!

soooo i was very disapopinted with Smackdown today, and periodically kept fliping the channels because frankly, it could NOT hold my interest for more than a couple minutes.... that is until the last twenty minutes or so..

Thank you for giving Edge the reality check that he so greatly deserved!!!!!!!!!!! EVERYTHING that you said was absolutely true, and was exactly what i have felt for an extremely long time!!!!! I used to LOVE Edge because i remember the days when he entered from the crowd as a member of the brood! I REMEMBER the days where he along aith Christian, the Dudleys, and the Hardy Boys redifined not only the tag team divsion, but were innovated enough to help create on of the GREATEST match EVER, T.L.C. not only that but there may not have been a better T.L.C. match since then!!!!!!!!! I really hope they bring back THAT Edge!!!!!!!!!!

but no one has actually used the rematch clause since GAB.... its a little weird, dont you think???? i mean both Matt Hardy, and Miz/Morrison haven't used it........ i wonder why, i know that hardy is being pushed into possibly becoming the ECW champion which would be completely AWESOME, mostly because i really hate it when there's a david and goliath storyline, and Mark henry is obviously Goliath....

 but its just a little wierd.....

Before i go into the details of tonights show, I first have to congratulate the Million Dollar Princess herself, Stephanie McMahon-Levesque, on her new addition!!!!!!!! I was told that she had another beautiful baby girl ^ ^

So, on with my review/ opinion of certain events that took place tonight on RAW:

first: welcome back SHANE!!!!!!! I have to say that I miss the good old days when ALL the McMahons were on the road and fueding and what not... I hope that one day it will once again happen, though its understandable if it doesnt

second: I really don't know what to think of this new romantic storyline between Santino and Pheonix.... I mean seriously, what the hell? but I am looking forward to where it leads... I think that Beth might be interested in him merely for the fact that he wrestled her a couple weeks back.....

third: I was SEVERELY PISSED when they took Hacksaw out of the tag team title match!!!!!! I was looking forward to one hell of a fued between the young champions and the vets... i actually think that its been a while since there was a really good one, but NOOOOOOOOooooooo, the just had to put Cole out there!!!!!! Maybe, just mayabe, the writers are trying to counter the fans reaction to not having JR on RAW with King... Rumor has it that both Cole and that other guy, whats-his-name, Mike I guess, have had severe backlash and having the audience boo them when entering the arena, but later on had a nice surprise when JR showed up as another guest commentator.

fourth: I think my pic for the night's most brutal match was our current heavywieght champ CM Punk against the newly returned William Regal who got suspened a while back, i think for failing his wellness test, but they covered that up with him being fired.... anyway i think that Regal broke Punk's nose when he kicked his head into the ring post!!! the blood was following while JBL hackled on about how he deserved the next title shot.... anyway i have an issue with the way that regal is styling his hair, i mean i know thats not really important and what not, but it looks like his trying to appear younger and it just looks wrong to me

fifth: NO MORE SMARTASS JERICHO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SAY IT ISNT SO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm sad that Jericho announced that he had finally matured, it was the thing beside his awesome wrestling ability that made me a fan of his to begin with! its really disturbing to think that he might not ever go back to being that way ever, EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!

sixth: OMG OMG OMG OMG ****ing whats-his-name is the new GM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHAT THE HELL????? I MEAN REALLY???? REALLY?????.....

on a side note... i was checking out the top 25 finishers, and i cant believe that the F-U ranked higher than the Twist of Fate!!!!! adn where was the Crippler Crossface??? huh??? so disappointing
