is smackdown changing channels in england because i know it is in america

I don't even know yet about the new channel in America. We got a dish several years ago just so we could get Smackdown and had to pay extra to get that channel. Then Smackdown moved shortly after and we had to have are dish network to change are channel. Now, looks like we are going to do it again. What's up with this anyway ?
