I believe that Jeff and Matt Hardy need to win a championship to seal their legacy. I know they have been Tag Team Champs, United States Champ (Matt), Inter Champ (Jeff) and many other championships but never have they been either World Heavyweight Champ, WWE Champ, or ECW Champ.
