MYNETWORKTV MOVES UP RANKINGS THANKS TO SMACKDOWN!

Monday, December 8, 2008, 02:40 PM EST [General]

    - Thanks to the move of Smackdown!, MyNetworkTV has picked up a 50% ratings
increase in the 18-49 demographic which is the most important for
advertisers according to a report on Broadcasting & Cable. In the new
rankings, the network - which before the move was considered one of the
worst - is in the 10th place among all broadcast and cable networks and is
number one when compared to just English-language networks which include Fox
and CBS. The CW Network - the former home of Smackdown! - is struggling on
    Friday nights
in the same slot which Smackdown! occupied in the past with
programs pulling only half the number the wrestling show was doing on its
    worst day.

FOOTAGE FROM REID FLAIR'S FIRST MATCH WITH HOGAN AND RIC FLAIR

Monday, December 8, 2008, 02:38 PM EST [General]

    - Yesterday night in Charlotte, NC., Reid Flair - son of the WWE Hall of
Famer Ric Flair - made his professional wrestling debut teaming up with his
brother David to take on the Nasty Boys. Jimmy Hart was in the Nasty's
corner and Ric Flair was in his son's corner and Hulk Hogan served as the
special guest referee. The match ended up with Reid and David doing a double
figure four on the Nasty Boys but Jimmy Hart interfered to distract Hogan.
Hogan punched Hart and gave him the big boot and then signaled Ric Flair to
come to the ring. Hogan covered his eyes and turned around while the Nature
    Boy
applied the figure four leg lock on the Hall of Fame manager and Hogan
counted the three with both Nasty Boys still locked in the figure four.
Hogan then celebrated with David and Reid as his WCW theme song ran in the
background. Footage of this already made it on YouTube and you can see it by
