- Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson appeared on the syndicated Jack Diamond Morning
Show yesterday and explained how he and WWE chief Vince McMahon share a
great relationship which leaves the door open for a WWE return. "I'm in the
process of creating something really cool for the fans, something very
special and unique. It will be something like one big entertaining show,"
The Rock said, adding that he'd like to do more than just host RAW. "There
is always something cool and interesting for me to do. I would like to do
something more than just host the show." Johnson again expressed his love
for wrestling - something that John Cena has questioned in the past - and
said that he's now at a point where he can go back and give back to the fans
and help out in any way he can. The Rock is rumored to be hosting an edition
of Monday Night RAW sometime in January.

LESNAR'S JIU-JITSU COACH SAYS HE'LL BE BACK IN SIX MONTHS
- In comments given to TMZ.COM, Brock Lesnar's friend and Jiu-Jitsu coach
Rodrigo "Comprido" Medeiros said that the UFC Heavyweight champion will
return to fight and will be able to do so in the next six months. Lesnar
underwent minor surgery earlier this week and while he's still not out of
the woods, the champ is getting better. "I can just say that the
heavyweights can stop laughing and get ready to start crying because the
champion will be back soon," Medeiros said. Lesnar has been sick for a while
now and the surgery repaired a hole he had in his intestine which was
causing all the internal problems.
SHANE MCMAHON MEETS UFC PRESIDENT DANA WHITE
According to a news story broke by Wrestling Observer, Shane McMahon has
met UFC President Dana White and other UFC executives last week. A big MMA
fan, McMahon gave notice last month and will be resigning from his post as
Executive Vice President of Global Media effective January 1, 2010. McMahon
did not say what he was going to do next except for exploring other ventures
and it's believed that not even those very close to him know about his next
move. Shane has attended several UFC shows in the past and once even pressed
the idea of creating an MMA brand within WWE but due to the obvious the
project never took off. Shane joining UFC would be a massive blow to WWE as
UFC is considered their biggest rivals in terms of pay-per-view and other
businesses.
