Judgment Day and Extreme Rules is behind us, with Triple H being on neither of those PPV's. At The Bash, Triple H continued his feud with Randy Orton, and he was in a 3 Stages of Hell match against him. Unfortionately he lost, which in another sort of way is a good thing, maybe he can move on to other things just for once. After The Bash he was invloved in a Night of Champions tournament, in which he beat MVP to get to the final. He faced Cena in the final, which ended in a double DQ. After this Ted DiBiase Sr. announced a triple threat match for Night of Champions between Orton, Cena and HHH, for the WWE Title.

WrestleMania XXV
WrestleMania's 25th Anniversary was a good day for Triple H, as he defeated Randy Orton to defend his WWE Championship. The match itself I thought could've been better, but at least he won... Now lets see what will happen at Backlash, when he teams with Shane McMahon and Batista to face Legacy, and if Legacy win, Orton gets the WWE Title. Lets just hope HHH wins...
After Judgment Day
Well after Judgment Day, HHH broke Randy Ortons Collar Bone, Beat John Cena, got drafted to SmackDown!, Beat Edge, beat The Great Khali, won the WWE Title Scramble AND was the only champ to retain their gold in a scramble match, and succesfully defeated Jeff Hardy. Also on the SmackDown! kick-off show he defeated Chris Jericho and Matt Hardy in a Champion of Champions triple threat match.
