WELL I MUST SAY MY ANNOUNCEMENT OF LEAVING WWE, IF I DO NOT WIN THE ECW TITLE BY JUNE 6 HAS CAUSED QUITE A STIR. FIRST OFF THIS ISN'T A SPUR OF THE MOMENT THING IT HAS BEEN SOMETHING I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH FOR QUITE SOMETIME. MY ANNOUNCEMENT HAS EVEN CAUSED A STIR WITH SOME OF THE WWE SUPERSTARS CASE IN POINT MIZ AND JOHN MORRISON. I AM GONNA DO SOMETHING THAT I NORMALLY DO NOT DO AND THAT IS BRAG JUST LIKE MIZ HAS DONE EXCEPT I HAVE ALOT OF PROOF BEHIND MY STATEMENTS. MIZ AND MORRISON REMIND ME ALOT OF HIGH SCHOOL BULLIES AND OR KIDS THAT HAVE IT ALL AND LIKE TO BRAG AND SHOW OFF TO OTHERS, WELL THOSE KIDS ARE OFTEN INSECURE AND I ALSO BEAT THEM UP WHEN THEY PICKED ON OTHERS. SO MIZ YOU WANT A REALITY CHECK HERE WE GO

I GUESS I CAN SUM UP YOUR LITTLE SPEECH ON ECW THIS WEEK. I AM OLD, FAT AND NOBODY WANTS TO SEE ME. REALLY REALLY

1.I AM OLD

YES I AM 37 YEARS OLD I TURN 38 ON THE 13TH OF THIS MONTH. I HAVE BEEN WRESTLING SINCE I WAS 18. I HAVE BEEN ON TV SINCE 21(NOT SOME REALITY TV SHOW) ACTUAL DIFFERENT WRESTLING COMPANIES.THIS GIVES ME EXPERIENCE ALSO IT PROVES I HAVE WHAT IT TAKES TO SURVIVE THIS LONG IN THE HARDEST INDUSTRY OUT THERE. I WONDER IF WWE WILL OFFER YOU ANOTHER CONTRACT WHEN YOU TURN 37, LIKE THEY HAVE ME. I RECENTLY LOOKED AT CYBER SUNDAY AND THE ROYAL RUMBLE AND GUESS WHAT, THERE WAS 19 GUYS WHO WHERE ADVERTISED ON THOSE SHOWS THAT ARE EITHER THE SAME AGE OR OLDER THAN ME. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN HIGHER BUT I WASN'T THERE. SO BECAREFUL ABOUT SAYING PEOPLE ARE OLD IT MAY GET YOU IN TROUBLE WITH OTHERS. REALLY?  REALLY!

2.I AM FAT

WELL I DO ADMIT THAT YOU BOTH HAVE BETTER BODIES THAN ME.I WOULD LIKE TO SAY THAT I HAVE NEVER HAD A SURGERY AND OR MISSED ANY MATCHES WHILE IN WWE. I BROKE MOST OF MY BODY PARTS CREATING SOMETHING CALLED ECW, THAT SAME PLACE THAT GAVE YOU GUYS THE OPPORTUNITY TO EXPRESS YOURSELVES.WWE HAS THE GREATEST WELLNESS PROGRAM EVER AND I HAVE NEVER HAD A SUSPENSION AND ACTUALLY HAVE BETTER BLOOD WORK AND HEART RATES THAN ALL THE WWE SUPERSTARS ACCORDING TO OUR DOCTORS FOR THREE YEARS NOW WHICH ALSO MAKES ME THE HEALTHIEST MAN IN WWE. REALLY? REALLY!

3. NOBODY WANTS TO SEE ME

I CHECKED THIS WWE UNIVERSE AND WAS TOLD WHAT PROFILE VIEWS ARE. THAT IS WHEN SOMEONE CLICKS ON YOUR PAGE AND IT REGISTERS HOW MANY PEOPLE DO IT. THIS TECHNOLOGY IS GREAT CAUSE I SAW THAT I HAVE 130,000 PEOPLE JUST WANT TO CHECK ME OUT AND GUESS WHAT MIZ ONLY 87,000 PEOPLE HAVE GONE TO YOUR PAGE. NOT TO SHABBY FOR AN OLD FAT GUY THAT DOESN'T HAVE MYSPACE AND FACEBOOK LIKE YOU DO. REALLY? REALLY!

THE MOST IMPORTANT STAT AND WHICH I TAKE MOST PRIDE IN IS RATINGS. THE HIGHEST ECW RATED MAIN EVENT WAS CHAVO GUERRERO VS TOMMY DREAMER. THINK ABOUT ALL THE WWE SUPERSTARS THAT HAVE COME ON ECW TV AND I HOLD THAT RECORD. THAT MUST BE A BLOW TO YOUR EGO WHEN YOU WERE THE CHAMP HUH JOHN MORRISON. DO NOT FEAR CAUSE THE SECOND HIGHEST ECW MAIN EVENT WAS MARK HENRY VS YOU GUESSED IT TOMMY DREAMER. LAST WEEK WAS ALMOST A RECORD BREAKER I SENSE A PATTERN HERE. REALLY? REALLY!

SORRY GUYS I KNOW THE TRUTH HURTS.

First of I would like to wish everyone a Happy and Healthy New Year. I hope evreyone enjoys 2009. 2008 was a ruff one on the US economy and lets hope it rebounds for everyone. Maybe the New York Yankees will buy everyone since it seems they have the most money. Maybe they can float Obama a loan.

New Years resolutions are usually made and forgotten about two weeks later. I am proud to say I stuck to mine last year (and it wasn't the losing weight one). I read the entire bible last year. It was a daily bible and a cool read. I will not get into any religious debates on this blog. All I can say is you got to believe in something, to get you through your days.

My career goals for 2009 are in this order

1. The Royal Rumble

2.The Money in the Bank match at Wrestlemania

3.ECW champion once again

Anything else would not be accepted to me.

I am happy to find out I am the WWE Superstar of the Day. So I will definatley play the Lottery to see if it really comes true. Actually I already have because I am sharing the page with Nikki Bella and she looks like a million bucks. We all know I have a soft spot in my heart for identical twins.

I would like to first thank the nearly 750 people that came to an appearance that myself and the lovely WWE Diva Layla did in Buffalo New York. The store was very pleased with the turnout and didn't mind that we stayed an hour and a half later than advertised so everyone could get an autograph. It was freezing outside and if you came to see me I had to make sure I got a chance to meet you.

I thought that the ppv was awesome. Jeff Hardy becoming champion was an amazing chapter in his life. I highly recommend watching this ppv or buying the DVD. The WWE Superstars really stepped up and made the show spectacular.

Now on to business from the cliff hanger I left from my last blog. The number one question I get asked is about the difference between Old ECW and New ECW and if I like the new ECW. The best way that I can say is the Original ECW was as amazing time for me and everyone associated with it. Yes ECW was special and it change the proffesional landscape of the wrestling business. We didn't know it at the time but we were making history. People hold ECW with such high regard because they saw the little company grow and grow to this amazing underground phenom. I recommend watching WWE 24/7 to make your own comparisons. People will always have their favorite sports teams and compare the differences, for example Howard Finkel will say that the 1969 Amazing Mets was the greatest Mets team of all time. I would say that the 1986 Mets were the greatest. Now both teams won Championships those years and proved they were the best but they all had different players and were completly different teams. The same can be said for ECW. Yes ECW is different, no comparison there. As a wrestling fan that I am I enjoy every program. Each show has something different to offer. If the new ECW wasn't around the world would not have had a chance to see CM Punk, Kofi Kingston, Kelly Kelly, Mike Knoxx, Evan Bourne and I hate to admit it John Morrison and the Miz started in ECW as a tag team together. Matt Hardy won his first ever heavyweight title in ECW. ECW was a place for unknowns to become stars in the wrestling business and for veterans to show the world that they are still great with a change of scenery. So in that aspect ECW is exactly the same as it was.

In closing ECW is still everything to me, do I still like performing in ECW? I love it. I have alot to prove and love that the you the wrestling fans never let me forget my roots.
