I know what it's like to be a wrestling fan in school and have the other kids think your "not cool because you watch men in tights" and all that...screw them! They want to sit around and watch 90210 or whatever that's fine, but leave me and my viewing habits alone thank you. The sad part is when wrestling is popular such as it was in 1985-1989 and 1998-2001 being a fan is a great thing to people who only watch once in awhile. However, there are times when I am sad to be a fan such as the day after Owen Hart passed away and my friends in high school (I was a senior) all kept asking me if I knew a wrestler died, like I wanted to be reminded. or the debut of Big **** Johnson.
The best thing to do is be you, and enjoy what you watch. I don't suggest spearing anyone as that can lead to trouble. If they don't understand the greatness that is pro wrestling then screw 'em!
