Because Cruiserweights wrestling Cruiserweights don't draw SQUAT!. Just ask TNA and ROH. Sure it looks cute as well when Cruiserweights wrestle with all the un-needed, stupid stunts that are seen in every match, but both promotions, that constantly have crusierweights face cruiserweights can't even fill an arena 1/2 the size of the ones the WWE uses. And there's no reasons, whatsoever, for Cruiserweights to challenge for a Heavyweight title of any sort if they have their own belt.
