Hey Guys i am sorry i have not had much time this week to write about Raw, i would like to say though that i thought this weeks show was very entertaining and i enjoyed it, the opening with Shane and Stephanie disagreeing with each other was off the charts it reminded me of days gone by when the McMahons were all fueding together, this angle we have on Raw with the two can only lead to better things, i believe we will see Vince McMahon show up soon to show them who's boss, Stephanie also has the heel character here to provide good television and possible screw jobs, where as Shane is the face in all this- it is just good entertaining TV and i cant wait to see what happens next.
Over the last few months the IC Title has been slaughtered with management with the New DVD now out on it's history the company are giving the title good value, i enjoyed all the IC Title tournament matches, Kane taking out Kingston with the steel steps was good, i want to see more anger from Kane as his character can definetly go places if creative give him the right things to do, CM Punk beat Snitsky in a decent contest to advance, and i am liking the confrontations betweek Punk and our NEW IC Champ REGAL, the IC Division is looking stronger and Miz v Rey Mysterio should be a good one next week on Raw.
JBL last week on Raw surprised all of us when he took out Morrison instead of HBK, i wonder what this offer is? it definetly brings something new to the fued and i am looking foward to the next installment between these too.
Chris Jericho won the triple threat match to advance to Armageddon to face Cena for The World Title, i still have a feeling this match may change and Batista will be added but who knows?- Jericho winning on Monday made him look good again after losing to Cena on Sunday, overall a very good match and a segment that was booked nicely for Jericho to continue his roll as the best heel on Raw.
Finally i would like to say i didnt mind Cena taking out Jericho to end the show, but the mic work that Cena was given was horrible, i just didnt like it, for me it was for all younger WWE fans and all older fans wouldnt have taken to it,thats just my opinion- but the beating he gave Jericho was good and it continues this fued from Survivor Series.
Overall a decent Raw i would give 7.5 out of 10, as always i would like your thoughts on this column either Via WWE Universe or send me an email to Sevillecfc@aol.com
Hey guys and welcome to my Survivor Series prediction column, the Survivor Series is the 2nd longest running WWE PPV event in all time history and tonight's show i have high hopes for, i feel we are in for one or two surprises so lets get into my thoughts on the event.
I am going to start with the triple threat match for The WWE Championship, now as we have all read this morning apparently Jeff Hardy was found unconscious in his hotel room, now i so hope that this is all an angle and that Jeff hasn't ruined his chances once again by being daft, anytime he seems to be on a roll, that roll comes tumbling down on him by bad actions, and if this is indeed another mistake on his behalf then i have to say his release will come, now if it is all an angle i do see him participating in tonights championship match along with Triple H and Vladimir Kozlov, i reckon this will be a decent contest with all 3 men doing their best, Triple H's title run for me is due to come to an end and in recent weeks their has been rumours of WWE managment giving Kozlov a short run with the title and therefore i am predicting tonight that we will see history made when Vladimir Kozlov walks out Boston as our new WWE Champion, if this does happen it will be a short title reign and i envisage that if Jeff Hardy's situation is an angle then WWE will wait to Wrestlemania 25 for Hardy to become WWE Champion.
Prediction- Vladimir Kozlov (New WWE Champion)
Team Batista v Team Orton for me has the making of a classic Survivor Series contest all participants in this match are all good entertainers and competitors, i see The Batista/Orton angle continuing through to Armageddon where i reckon the two will meet one one one(thats if my preciction in the main event doesn't take place which you can read further down), so tonight for the fued to continue i have to go with Orton's side picking up the win and Orton being the sole survivor.
Prediction- Team Orton
JBL's Team v HBK'S team, it's always good to see HBK in action and tonight him and JBL will try to beat the hell out of each other which i reckon they will do, i have to go for HBK's team to get the win tonight, Michaels done the job on Monday against Miz and Morrison so i do not see HBK losing again, tonight he will captain his team to victory.
Prediction- Team HBK
Undertaker v Big Show in the casket match is match i am looking foward to, i thought both men had a great contest at Cyber Sunday and i am hoping this is no different, in recent weeks Undertaker has been getting the upper hand on Big Show, so tonight my feelings is that Big Show will defeat Undertaker, i see a lot of outside interference in this one, and in particular i feel the return of Edge will take place tonight and he will cost Undertaker the casket match, if this does occur i see Taker taking a few weeks off and returning fresh in time for The Royal Rumble.
Prediction- Big Show
Team RAW Divas v Team Smackdown Divas, is an interesting one i love most of the divas in the WWE anyway not just for their wrestling ability but for other reasons lol but tonight we will see a short elimination match and it's a tough one to call but i am going to go with Team Raw getting the win tonight.
Prediction- Team Raw Diva's
And finally the main event Chris Jericho will defend The World Title against John Cena, Cena returns tonight from an injury hiatus, now i am not totally convinced Cena will be 100%, the injury he had generally takes longer to heel but fair play to him for wanting to get back into the ring so quickly- tonight i do not want to see this title changing hands as i have said for weeks in my column that this title needs credibility and tonight no title change should occur, so tonight i reckon that Chris Jericho will defeat John Cena and remain champion until at least Armageddon, i reckon we will see outside intereference from maybe one of the McMahon's or even a Batista heel turn!, Batista has to be angry that Cena got a title shot before he got his re-match so i say Jericho wins with a little help from a McMahon or a Batista run in.
Prediction- Chris Jericho.
Well guys as always i would like your opinions on this blog either via WWE UNIVERSE or send me an email to Sevillecfc@aol.com
P.S If Jeff Hardy is actually unwell then i wish him a speedy recovery.

HEY GUYS and welcome to another Raw Review, i thought last night's show was full of good wrestling action and most of the backstage promo's worked extremely well, i have to say the start of the show with Stephanie McMahon having a wrestler's forum was good, she sounds the real deal does Stephanie and she has that sort of look that she means business and nobody should cross her, should be interesting to see how she portrays as the boss of Raw, i definetly see a spat between her and Shane brewing in weeks to come and their's nothing better when the McMahons are going against each other.
Santino who was was hilarious last night on the mic ripping into (acorn) lol instead of Akon was fine, his rap was great entertainment and as the weeks go on i always look foward to see what Santino does next, taking the IC Title off him was the best way to go and i am glad William Regal who is a tough competitor also now as that title, by the way Regal's brawl with Matt Hardy was good, Matt Hardy deserves a lot of credit for working through a tough knee injury and it did bring good build up to the traditional survior series match which these two will have this sunday.
Shawn Michael's last night was very entertaining, i liked his attack on JBL at the beginning of the show these two are now beginning to have more exposure in their fued and once again i am glad that they will be competing at Survivor Series in a traditional match instead of going one on one, Michaels also i have to say was magnificent in his tag team match when he teamed up with Rey Mysterio to take on The Miz and Morrison, this was a great match and Michaels at the end doing the job was tremendous and what a win for the Miz and Morrison who seem to just get better and better every week.
Orton and Cody Rhodes who are doing great backstage promos week in and week out at the moment is also working so well you can just tell that both men are just ready to attack each other but as the storyline progresses i really do see Rhodes and Manu align themselves with Orton,Batista took on Manu last night on Raw, and i have to say i was very impressed with Manu's work, Batista got the victory then afterwards he and Orton had a heated exchange with each other, Orton and Batista's feud is working so well at the moment and with the inclusion of Rhode's and Manu it makes things more interesting.
JBL and Kane also defeated Cryme Tyme, was a very quick match with Kane and the loudmouth getting the win, Cryme Tyme who are so over with the crowd are once again just in their to do the job i feel a bit sorry for them as they deserves better with thier performances that they give, Kane one week seems to be picking on the good guys then the next week he is threating JBL i liked this between these two last night and JBL'S facial reactions to Kane's entrance and at the conclusion of the match was good.
Was great to see Evan Bourne last night, his appearance for me last night was a way off saying i could be out longer than expected,as what Mike Knox done to him tells me he is going to be on the sidelines a lot more longer, by the way Knox for me is good but he just doesn't do it with the audience as his character seems so stale.
Chris Jericho once again was magnificent on the microphone and he built up his match with Cena this Sunday perfectly, i really hope to god that Jericho doesn't lose the title to Cena, with Jericho's backstage interaction with Stephanie telling her that with Cena as champion it wouldn't make the best for Raw, i liked this and it told me we may see a big surprise Sunday at the PPV, the way i would really do it though this Sunday is Batista running in and costing Cena The World Title as an act of jealously because Cena got the title shot before Dave Batista got his re-match, and also if the Title changes hands again this title for me is useless no credibility and i hope management dont do this to this title.
I have to say last night's Diva segment was excellent, great build up to the match at Survivor Series and it's always good to see Kelly Kelly if you know what am saying?- all the Raw Diva's then took out Smackdown's Victoria with the Glamazon taking Victoria out with her finishing manouver.
Now onto our Main Event, Randy Orton defeated CM Punk with the RKO, this match was very good and both guys worked their socks off, i have to say though has CM Punk done something backstage to upset someone again, as he done the job cleanely again, his win- loss record in recent weeks ever since he was no longer World Champion would tell me their is definetly more ticks in the loss column.
Orton though for me stole the show last night and it is so good to have him back wrestling on Raw, Raw then ended with all the lumberjacks beating the hell out of each other as Raw went off the air, very entertaining Raw last night and i would give it a solid 7.5 out of 10.
As always guys i would like your thought's on this column either via email at Sevillecfc@aol.com or send me a comment or message on WWE Universe.

Hey Guys and welcome to another Raw Review!, last night's Raw came from Manchester, England, i have to say the show seemed very slow for me and the audience was even quieter, anyway let's get into the show.
Batista kicked off the show last night which i was ok with, although i wanted to see Batista look a little more pissed off after his title loss last week, but we saw the same Batista demanding a re-match for the title, Stephanie McMahon then appeared and said Batista would not get his title shot as Cena is next in line, now this got me thinking.... i reckon Batista is on the verge of a heel turn and what better way to do the turn is that at Survivor Series i am predicting Batista will cost John Cena the World Title as an act of Jealousy as Batista will be annoyed that Cena just walks back in and gets the title shot, now getting back to the segment Stephanie McMahon then made 2 big matches for Raw later in the night, i wish Stephanie would make a live Raw appearance instead of all these backstage segments as it's beginning to get a little old now, anyway this led to Orton appearing to tell Batista he is better than him, this then led to a match being made between the two later in the night (DID ANYONE REALLY THINK THIS MATCH WAS GOING TO HAPPEN LAST NIGHT?)
Now last night all the majority of matches were all so quick and not enough time was given and for me this is not a good thing, we got William Regal defeating Santino Marella to win the IC Title, i hope now that they start showing this title credibility as this title deserves respect and with Regal holding i am hoping we see good long wrestling matches with this title on the line, as the title deserves so much more respect than it has been given in recent years.
Mike Knox v D'LO Brown, now why has their been absolutely no explanation for Knox's brand switch? now dont get me wrong Knox is a good in ring brawler but this match done absolutely nothing for me, Knox's gimmick for me will never get over with the audience and i sense we could see a Snitsky with the way Knox turns out, by the way we got to see this match last night when during this segment we could have got a CM Punk or a Kofi Kingston match, where were these two last night? if they are not injured and WWE just didnt use them, then is looks pretty bleak for the pair, i hope next week when CM Punk takes on Randy Orton we see a classic and hopefully Punk will get more momentum behind him again.
Chris Jericho's promo for me was another waste of time, he just said the same thing he has said on the mic for the last few months about HBK being a loser, Hypocrite about knocking out this wife, now for me this segment would have been better of being a backstage segment, dont get me wrong he had to get a bit of mic time to talk about Cena but this should have been a backstage promo.
Beth Phoenix v Mickie James, now once again it was worthless and pointless we got a 2 minute match here, now why was Kelly Kelly not given a title match? and why was Kelly Kelly not used last night either?, Kelly deserves the title shot, don't get me wrong a love Mickie James but i just think Kelly would deserve this shot at the moment, i also thought since Santino dropped his title last night then last night would have been the right time for Pheonix to drop her title.
I liked Cody Rhodes slapping Orton backstage last night, and i also loved Manu's face reaction this was the first time last night i saw a side to Manu that i liked, anyway another good backstage promo with these guys and i am looking foward to see what direction this takes and if a stable will happen, and what will Diabese's roll be on returning? very Interesting.
Now we all knew that somehow Batista v Orton wasn't going to happen, as this is being saved for PPV, now Cody Rhodes stepped in to try and impress Orton i'd say, but we once again saw another obvious outcome, Batista gets the victory then he and Orton have a staredown an ok segment but not great, by the way Orton was way over more with the crowd last night than Batista was, who is exactly will be the face in this angle?
Now Kane had a good backstage promo last night saying evil things about the fans and Rey Mysterio, he then said he would do something bad to Rey Mysterio in the NO DQ match that both men had, now this was a good match but for me the crowd were so quiet last night that the match seemed slow, anyway Rey got the win over Kane to hopefully now end this fued between the two, Kane last night with his promo hasnt helped him a bit with this loss so pretty poor on creative for that segment, i like Kane as a heel but i want to see more Anger and More hatred from The Big Red Monster.
Next up we then had the last man standing match between HBK and Chris Jericho, i have to say the match was good but once again the crowd seemed as if they were in a morgue it was so quiet, Jericho got the win when JBL ran in and took HBK out with a steel chair, we knew this ending was going happen also as JBL hadn't appeared all night so i predciting this outcome as well, so Jericho rolls on with 2 big wins in 2 weeks and HBK moves on to face JBL'S team at Survivor Series in the traditional SS match.
Now i have to say this PG Rating that WWE have is not helping them one bit, its affecting ratings and when we see NO DQ matches on TV now the only really good spot we get now is someone being put through the announce table, i want to see more blood and more NO DQ spots, let's hope WWE let The Undertaker and Jeff Hardy have a cracker of an extreme rules match this Friday on Smackdown!
Anyway last night's Raw for me was poor and i would give it a 6 out of 10 and i hope we get a better show next week with the Survivor Series just around the corner.
As always i would like your opinions on this blog either via WWE Universe or email me at Sevillecfc@aol.com
Hey Guys and welcome to my thought's on Raw's 800th episode last night, we saw some great wrestling action and some great promos last night so let me get right into it.
I am going to start with the Main event cage match between Chris Jericho and Batista, now all week i wasn't looking foward to this, as i thought it was a cert that Batista would retain, just like i thought Jericho would retain at Cyber Sunday, man WWE have definetly surprised us with these two match outcomes in recent weeks, backstage before last night's main event Shane McMahon announced that John Cena would face the winner in a World Title match at Survivor Series, this is when it hit me that i knew we were going to see another title change last night, Batista and Cena are going to be given a Wrestlemania match next year, so why let Batista and Cena go at it at Survivor Series when they know the money will be in that match next year in Houston, also they obviously wanted Cena returning to face a heel so that is why i reckon they have decided to put the title back on Jericho, personally i dont think WWE even knew how they were going to book Cena for his return to action anyway and this was the only way possible to face a heel champion at the event, i have to say the cage match last night was excellent and i enjoyed the contest, my only downpoint about this is that i am so unhappy that the World title is being treated with such low credibility, they should have kept the belt on Jericho in the first place and what do you think Batista must be thinking right now it really doesn't help him either.
The next segment i would like to discuss is JBL going one on one against The Undertaker, now it was a short match but it's always good to see The Undertaker on Raw, Undertaker won the match via countout then HBK ran down the ramp threw JBL in the ring and Taker hits the tombstone on the loudmouth, now what interest's me on this segment was the long staredown The Undertaker had with HBK, was this the start of a small build up to a possible match between Taker and Michael's at Wrestlemania 25, you even heard JR questioning The Undertaker's stare to HBK during commentary, i really believe that we are going to see these two legends go at it in Houston.
Now next up i want to talk about Randy Orton, he was all over the show last night, and for me i am ok with this, Orton back on Raw is a breath of fresh air, i loved his outburst at the start of the show saying he is not moving until Shane or Steph come out and fire Adamle, this led to later in the evening Adamle resigning as GM and Shane forcing Orton to compete against CM Punk later in the night, this segment was ok, Adamle is no longer the GM and really looking at it, its probably the best decision that this has happened, Raw needs a fresh GM will personality- but i wouldnt mind Adamle staying around playing this outraged heel character, i really do believe we will see more of Adamle especially after he blamed Stephanie McMahon for his resignation.
Now on to Orton he lost to CM Punk via DQ when Ted Diabese interfered, Orton then lost it and kicked Diabese in the head, after the match Orton had a bitter confrontation with Manu and Rhodes, it's only a matter of time before we see a heel stable here with Orton the ringleader, i have to say i am very interested to see what happens with Diabese, after all he eliminated his two partners in the mini royal rumble match earlier in the night where William Regal won it to get an IC Title shot next week in Manchester, England, but how does this effect the relationship with Diabese and Manu and Rhodes, is a face turn in place for Diabese, it's going to be interesting to see what happens, personally i still say Manu does not fit in to this Priceless gimmick, give him more ring time, change his gimmick, as it is not working currently for Manu.
In other Random notes, for me CM Punk looked extremely weak again last night he was due to be defeated by Orton until Diabese's interference, why couldn't his tag partner Kingston run out to help him? after all they are tag champions, this then led to Kofi being pinned by Mark Henry later on in the evening when Rey Mysterio and Kingston lost to Kane and Henry, the only good thing about that segment was Khali helping Rey hit the 619 on Kane to continue his impressive face turn which i am really enjoying.
Punk and Kingston seem to win one week then the next week they are booked like total jobbers.
DX v Miz and Morisson was a strong good wrestling match, both teams upped their game last night and Miz and Morrison continue to improve week in week out as a team, the DX promo before hand was very funny indeed, going on about HBK's hair loss and Triple H's nose- was very good and humerous.
Fair play to Mae Young last night, she is almost 90 and she still tried her utmost in the ring last night.
And the Fu-Naki dance off, well it was fun and good to see Ron Simmons back with 'DAMN'
MVP lost again last night to Jeff Hardy and Matt Hardy when he teamed up with The Brian Kendrick, unless they are going to start making this into a storyline soon, MVP has to get a victory under his belt as even though MVP is a heel, the guy is a good athlete and he does have fans out their Vince!
Anyway guys i would give last night's show an 8 out of 10- i have to say, how much better is it though when all 3 brands are on the same show?, it reminds me of the old days!
