Layla El, the winner of the 2006 $250,000 Diva Search, was born in London and lives in Miami. Before becoming a spunky SmackDown Diva, she was a dancer for NBA basketball team Miami Heat, and performed with Kanye West during the MTV Video Music Awards.

During the Diva Search contest, Layla won immunity at Sgt. Slaughter's Diva Boot Camp obstacle course and she wowed the crowd with her dance moves to clinch the Diva Search Talent Show. SummerSlam 2006 marked her first appearance as a WWE Diva, when she was initiated by the other Divas by a playful, wet spank-fest in the locker room showers.

Layla has taken her hot dance steps to ECW where along with Kelly Kelly, she dropped the jaws of our fans in Extreme Exposé. The Divas have since disbanded, meeting frequently as rivals in the Land of the Extreme.
