Evening all, how is everyone?? Good i hope. It has been far too long since my last blog and i am so sorry about that. I have just finished college though so hopefully i will be able to be online a lot more, that's if i don't agree to do too much overtime at work :P
Well, it's 12:38am Monday morning (just), and i find myself waiting for The Bash to start. I'm thinking it's going to be pretty epic although i am going to be so tired afterwards as it won't be finished until 4am here in England and i am yet to get some sleep tonight :S I was too hyped to sleep earlier so have just had a cartoon fest to keep myself awake :D Fun fun lol.
I think i am most probably looking forward to Jeff Hardy vs. CM Punk the most. It is going to be an awesome match, both of them have such great skills that are going to make the match one to remember, i know what i am hoping for the result to be but am far from expecting it to actually happen, it might involve wwe actually being nice to Jeff. As if that would ever happen. With so many big names out at the moment i think it may be a weaker PPV than the audience are used to but you never know, maybe a break from the bravado will be good :/
I am hoping i will not be too disappointed as i have been with past PPV's. Oh, 10 minutes to go must hurry lol XD
Lets see what else has been happening....ah, i have to take a trip to the hospital tomorrow :S Oh the joy. I am not such a big fan of hospitals, far too clean and they always smell like disinfectant. Eugh. Anyway, it is only for an x-ray which isn't so bad, the bad part is infact i am only going for the x-ray because an ultra sound (which is better) was not good enough for the doctors to find out what is wrong with me. Grr. I hate doctors too. The problem is with my hip, which has been driving me nuts for the past 4 months solid, then on and off for a good 6-8 months before that. I have no idea what is wrong with it. All i know is it causes me immense pain to walk on, i can't run on it, carry weight on it, go upstairs without difficulty, anything really, i can't even rest because it hurts :( The doctors think it may be dysplasia, meaning my hip is slowly dislocating itself over time...nice huh??
Anyway got to go, The Bash is calling me!!! Talk to you all real soon xoxo
Hey guys and gals :) How's it going? With any luck things are going well for you all. Well i thought it was about time i got on with a review of Backlash finally, so here i am lol.
Okay, first i have a confession i did actually miss the first 2 matches of the night because i fell asleep, my bad XD It did start at one am here though and i had been at work all day so was very tired. However i did catch up with the results and what not and was glad to hear that Christian defeated Jack Swagger for the ECW Title, i think he will make a better champion than Swagger. Was unimpressed to hear that Chris Jericho defeated Ricky "The Dragon" Steamboat, i was really hoping the legends would manage to get one over on him.
CM Punk vs Kane. I only managed to catch about the last five minutes of this by the time i woke up and switched on my television. It was pretty epic from what i saw, Punk put up a good fight, was pleased with him was disappointed that he lost but that chokeslam was pretty immense, Punk was in the middle of a kick and then.....just wow lol.
Jeff Hardy vs Matt Hardy. This was the match of the night for me. The brutality and determination of both brothers was awesome. I was very pleased by both of them even though i hate seeing them fight each other. Was kind of shocked by Jeff taping Matt up and straping him to the table but it also made me laugh quite a bit because Matt just looked so funny :) Jeff's leg drop over the ladder was again immense, i love that move. Was glad to hear Matt apologise, but did he really mean it? I guess we will find out.
Santina Marella vs Beth Phoenix. I thought this whole segment was a waste of my time. I'm not really a fan of any of the involved superstars and i thought it was just ridiculous that Jim Ross got brought into it. It is becoming boring and i just have no interest in that story line.
Legacy vs Triple H, Batista and Shane McMahon. This match was pretty amazing. Was good to see Batista, Triple H and Shane working cohesively. I thought they looked great although i think Shane should have tagged out sooner as it was kinda boring just watching him getting beat the hell out of. Good match overal, Legacy looked pretty good too even though i am disappointed that they won.
Edge vs John Cena. What the hell did Big Show think he was doing!!! Is the first thing i have to say. The match was going so well. Cena looked great and was putting up such a good fight against Edge. Then chokeslam into a light. It really ruined the night for me. I just wanted to see some fair matches with no interference but no. That annoyed me and now as a result Edge is world heavyweight Champion again. It sucks. I am glad Jeff won his match on Smackdown to face him at Judgement Day. I really hope Jeff wins but i can see WWE making this similar to the wwe championship matches Jeff had. Build it up to him winning then snatch it away at the last minute. Which is ridiculous. Jeff deserves the title and i hope WWE will see that before its too late.
Well with that all reviewed i think i will take my leave. Sorry it turned into a bit of a rant at the end but i really hate Edge and i really hate the way Jeff gets treated by the company. He is one of the best they have and they are wasting his talent and not rewarding him for all the effort he puts in. Every match of Jeff's i watch gives me goose bumps and makes me sit on the edge of my seat because you just never know what he will do. It's so exhilirating to watch him and he never gets anything but pain out of the matches they put him in. Its so stupid. Sorry there i go again i really will go now :) Hope you guys are all okay
Hey Guys and Gals it has been ages sicne i last wrote a blog so i thought i should probably give everyone an update, also i thought i might share my thoughts on wrestlemania with you all, a sort of review if you like lol.
Well life is good at the moment i'm on a two week break from college so have some time to relax and catch up with friends and such like. I've finally found myself a decent guy who makes me very happy and i am very much in love with, he is the best thing that has happened to me in such a long time, i can't even begin to explain lol XD The only bad thing at the moment is my hip quite sore, i have no idea what i've done to it but i do know it is killing me XD
On to wrestlemania........
Wow, wrestlemania 25! It is certainly one i will never forget, i already cannot wait for it to come out on DVD so i can watch it again more closely! I think the Money in the bank match was certainly a brilliant opening match it got me pumped for the rest of the evening, some of the moves Kofi Kingston was pulling were awesome!! The jump through the ladder to kick finlay was probably my favourite :) I am very happy CM Punk won i think he deserved to win, he put up an awesome fight and the briefcase definitely looks good in his hands ;D
Next up, the 25 diva battle royal. Hmmm. Don't get me wrong it was entertaining but i can't help feeling a little disappionted about it, i would have liked to actually have seen a real Miss Wrestlemania crowned. I liked the way that they brang back some of the "retired" divas, definitely the best idea involved in the match.
The 3 on 1 elimination match was good, entertaining and awesome to see more of the legends again. Disappointed that Jericho won but happy with how Micky Rourke took care of him :) Still haven't seen his movie "The Wrestler" yet but him taking on Jericho like that has made me want to see it even more, just because he did XD
Got to be one of the most emotionally charged matches of the night, Brother vs Brother, Jeff vs Matt. I hate watching them fight each other, and this match was worse than any they have had before. It was epic and i don't think it will be forgotten anytime soon, the moves they were pulling were amazing as always, high risk and breath taking to watch. Jeff's leapfrog over the ladder was AWESOME although i was cringing when i knew what he was going to do it was still brilliant to watch. Then Matt's follow up with the twist of fate in the steel chair...ouch. That was crazy. Brilliant but devestating. I'm not really sure what i think about the result. I love both of the Hardy brothers, they are my inspiration in life, the people i look up to, the people who encourage me to be me day after day but this storyline disturbs me. I'm happy Matt won but I'm really sad for Jeff at the same time and i think part of me wishes Jeff won instead, i hate Matt's attitude as a heel, but i will always love his wrestling. Jeff put up an amazing fight as ever and his performance was more thrilling than ever and i could feel the emotion in it from both brothers. Its one i will watch again and again but i don't know if will ever be able to enjoy it as it enjoy other matches.
Rey Mysterio, what a legend. 21 seconds to defeat JBL. It was brief but exhiliratingly so. I am very happy to see Rey with the I.C belt its about time he held some gold again. And the added bonus of JBL quitting was cool. Strange but cool. I don't really understand his reasons for quitting other than nothing is really going right for him at the minute.
The Undertaker was EPIC!!!!! I will never forget this match. The amount of super kicks he kicked out of was amazing. I kept thinking oh my god this it but something told me to willing him on and not to let my faith faulter and he came through, he won! The streak continues much to my elation, 17-0, the best sounding stats ever to me right now. The moves that he was pulling were awesome, the mix of his old school stuff and his more up to date stuff was brilliant as always and worked really well. It was the match of the night for me. It had me clinging to the seat, off my seat, biting my nails, screaming at the televsion screen and jumping for joy :D It was the most intense match of my life. I was so desperate for Undertaker to win and he did and wow i just cannot put into words how happy that makes me. He is the ultimate in wrestling, he is the man who got me into wrestling. He like the hardy's inspires me and amazes me and gives me chills when he enters the ring. He is Wrestling to me. He personifies it for me.
And of course, the penultimate match, John Cena vs The Big Show vs Edge. What a match. John Cena came through for the fan nation and won the belt to bring back what they were really wrestling for, not someones heart but love for the sport, love for what he was doing. He was always the champ to me but now for all the people who said he wouldn't win he can prove it with the belt around his waist. Many thanks to Cena for that match and that victory.
The final Match up, Triple H vs Randy Orton. Brilliant match no doubt but i was definitely gald to see the king of kings victorious. Not just because of what Randy has been doing to the Macmahons, i honestly really am not bothered either way about them, i think triple H is definitely the better wrestler and although i think he has held that belt far more times than is necessary i am glad he has it.
I kind of went on a whole lot there didn't i? lol. Well wrestlemania 25 was a big thing for me so i didn't want to make a half hearted review. It was an historic night and deserved a legthy detailed and probably a little bit too opinionated response. But i hope you'll appreciate my thoughts and i'd like to know if you agree with me or not so feel free to leave comments :) Okay well i think i am done here for now, hopefully it won't be so long before i update again but incase it is I'm sorry in advance ;D
Evening Guys and Gals!!! First blog of the new year, sorry its taken so long but i am swamped with college work at the moment, deadlines are creeping up and i'm still not ready for them yet!!
Anyways, i hope you all had a good christmas and fab new years, i know i did. I was dreading christmas but when it actually got here it was a really good day. The atmosphere was amazing and just having all my family around me was a really good feeling. I spent new years at my younger sisters boyfriends with a few mates, they ended up getting a bit drunk but we had some really good laughs, including dancing to really cheesy 90's pop music in the middle of the back garden, i don't even know what possesed us, it was freezing!!
More recently, i went back to college at the beginning of the month, hence the sudden rush of deadlines. Its going well and i have a better attitude to it all this year, i think i have a better attitude to life in general at the moment. I don't know what has changed but something has and it feels like i'm finally seeing the sun instead of the clouds, if that makes any sense.
Anyway, i'll leave you all now and update you all again soon

What's up guys and gals? How're you all doing, better than me i hope :) I am ill once again, oh the joy, keep feeling like i'm going to throw up, i can thank my lovely little brother for that, he has passed his skanky sickness bug onto me, so i feel like **** at the moment.
The only thing keeping me going at the moment is the thought of Jeff Hardy being the new wwe champion!!!! Oh my gosh, i am so proud of that man. I knew he could do it. It has definitely been the best piece of news i have had for ages :) I think Dee would agree with me here :)
Well that's pretty much all i wanted to say really. Just letting you all know how things are, so people won't worry, you know who you are ;) xx lol so i'm going to be off now get some rest and hopefully get rid of this skanky bug!!!!
