I agree with you 100 percent. C.M. won the money in the bank and cashed in his contract. It was perfectly legal and Edge has done the same thing. If Jeff wants to be champion then he should sign his contract. At least with C.M. we know he is sticking around, that he wants to be a part of the WWE. He deserves to be champ.
