    In my opinion he and Mr. Perfect are the best wrestlers ever to never win the world championship.

    Owen hart also was a great wrestler and its just sad that he died when he was supposed to win the ic champion.I wish also that wwf could have given owen hart more like wwe champion shot since he had many great matches espcially his match with bret hart at wrestlemania
