You have the right idea, it's a great time to form new factions. I prefer the Street Thug Soldiers: Cena, Cryme Tyme, Ashley, and Paul London. The idea of Randy Orton starting a faction is perfect, he needs to shed the evolution image and brake out as a leader the guy's you picked well let's adjust it some.
