So after being about 30-40% booed at Survivor Series upon his entrance and the way he acted on Raw, the question comes up and maybe just me but still it has to be asked.
Should John Cena turn heel?
Following Raw Monday night, it makes you think that maybe it's not such a bad look for him. The intensity he showed last night and him being so relentless and unforgiving towards Jericho and Jericho basically just taking it gives some foundation to the idea.
The idea has both sides for and against if his actions are leading towards a heel or just solidifying him as a deserving champion rather than the comeback kid (which I'm sure, he wouldn't mind being dubbed). Could it be his adreneline and his willingness converted into a relentless and unforgiving character which would put him closer to earning the respect of alot of people in the " WWE Universe " as a superstar who could leave his mark on the WWE for not only his new era style of wrestling.
If you do turn him heel, do the fans stop turning out? Not saying that they all go to see Cena but the children Cena fans are heavy in numbers so do you take that as the reason not to or do you do something that not too many people are even thinking about and promote the comeback for over the last month and flip the script?
Maybe it's just me but I feel as if Cena turns heel, he could launch his career further and be able to last as long as a HHH. Just think, what champion has not been a HUGE heel and a HUGE babyface? My opinion, the WWE has huge heels in Jericho and Orton. And now ya, you could do the predictable feud between him and Batista, Jericho, or Orton, or you could turn him heel and introduce a new stable. This would give more meaning to the " If you want some, come get some " line.
