Hi everyone,this is just a quick review on my thoughts for Breaking Point.

MATCHES

 

Kane def. The Great Khali (Singapore Cane Match) --The match was good but wasn't anything overly exciting,I feel it was an average match could have gone either way in the end Kane won end of match.

 

United States Champion Kofi Kingston def. The Miz----What a great match and with the United States Champ retaining.You cant fault Kofi he is one heck of a champ giving it his all in every match..MIZ the loud mouth finally got sat on his butt after boasting that he would win,the match had  multiple near pinfalls from both Superstars but in the end the better man won and Kofi walked out Still United States champ.

 

ECW Champion Christian def. William Regal --As the match was about to start  Regal's enforcers were banished to the back leaving Regal to go it alone against the ECW champ.regal who has been mouthing about how good he is and can defeat Christian had his chance to prove it but on the night couldn't back up his mouth walking out with nothing while Christian stood tall as retaining ECW CHAMP.

Unified Tag Team Champions Chris Jericho & Big Show def. Mark Henry & MVP ----- What a match,with 2 giant men in the ring this was going to  be  a great match up and it was  but when the final bell rang it was Jericho and Big Show retaining.

 

Cody Rhodes & Ted DiBiase def. D-Generation X (Submissions Count Anywhere Match) ---- A  war has been brewing between these superstars and it all came down to this match.With no count-outs, pinfalls or disqualifications, D-Generation X and The Legacy were free to brawl all over the arena and that's exactly what they did. While DX was able to batter Rhodes & DiBiase throughout the arena,  Legacy showed off a mean streak  using every weapon they could get their hands on  Legacy managed to bring DX down. Legacy then double-teamed Michaels with Rhodes applying a figure-four leg lock around the ring post  putting HBK  in an absolutely torturous position. With Triple H unable to help his partner   HBK  did the only thing he could to survive - he submitted. A shock result but far from over with a victory now over each other Im sure this feud is far from over.

 

World Heavyweight Champion CM Punk def. Undertaker (Submission Match) ---- THE UPSET OF THE NIGHT,a match that shocked the WWE Universe..The Deadman returned to what looked like the end of CM Punk's run as champion,that is until Teddy Long (and help from another party) kept the match going after Undertaker had Punk in  Hell's Gate  and having the ban  reinforced the match went on allowing Punk to get the deadman locked in the Anaconda and  abrupt ringing of the bell to end the match in Punk's favor, despite The Deadman's lack of legitimate submission...Taker will be back for revenge and I hope that Punk is ready with Undertaker allready making his point very clear by snatching Teddy long,Punk better watch his back Undertaker is on the warpath.

 

John Cena def. Randy Orton ("I Quit" Match - New WWE Champion) ----- HOORAY THE CHAMP IS BACK, finally the reign of the Viper is Over.. In a  fiercely competitive match neither superstars were going to back down. Orton with no back up what so ever after Vince layed down the rules that any interfearence he would be stripped of his Title Orton had no choice but to take on Cena one on one..With no pinfalls, count-outs or disqualifications to concern themselves with, the two focused on dealing damage to their opponent in the hopes that it'd be enough to cause them to simply give up.After  attacks with a steel chair, a Singapore Cane and more, Cena gained the upper hand  handcuffing himself to Orton. With nowhere for Orton to run, it was only a matter of time before Cena locked in a modified STF, making good use of the handcuffs. Unable to withstand the excruciating pain he was suffering, Orton barked out the words, "I quit," ensuring Cena's victory. Finally The Champ Is back and Orton has to leave with his tail between his legs, but as we know this wont be the last of this feud and know that Orton wont be too far away and it  wont be too  long   before The Viper, Randy Orton, comes slithering back..

After a lengthy spell out due to Injury  BATISTA  has returned to an  awesome reception from the WWE Fans,,And what a way to come back announcing he would be returing to the Smackdown brand. To top the night off Batista who was rudely interupted by Jericho challenged him to a match got in the ring and Defeated the loud mouth Jericho what A great night all round.. Welcome Back Batista it's great to have you home again in the WWE.

Iv'e been reading a very interesting Blog and I think this is a

topic that needs to be commented on.. The last 2 blogs

comment on The WWE Brands and how the RAW brand has

slipped and  Smackdown has become the better Brand.

I have allways been a devoted RAW supporter, 1 because my

favorite superstars where on there and 2. the story line was

great each week you wern't sure what was coming next. I

hate to say this but RAW for me has become dull,it's the

same old feuds and there is no spark. The whole celeb guests

thing has been good but run it's cource and i think RAW now

as I commented needs a proper General Manager.ECW 

 is  basically for introducing new superstars and has lost

the  thrill in there matches  but  even ECW was more

entertaining  with a great main event between

Christian and Tommy Dreamer but it has slowed down alot

to what it used to be like. Smack down at the moment I

have to agree would be the number 1 Brand, With General

Manager  Teddy Long  who is doing a fantastic job, and

 with some awesome matches being made Smackdown

keeps the fans on there seats each week. Superstars from

week to week you don't know if there good or bad and

there isn't just  that 1 feud over and over each week another

one jumps up.Smackdown has the thrill , spice and

 a kick ass storyline  and I

think it's leaving RAW in the dust. Something needs to be

done to get RAW

back on track and give the fans some of the excitement

back in the show. So that's my thoughts,what do you think?

see ,, here are my predictions for this upcoming event.

WWE Champion Randy Orton vs. Triple H vs. John Cena

All I will say is "DANGER" this match will Explode.. It's

anyone's match I think Orton is a Viper,sneaky and can't

turn your back on..Triple H determind to not only get his title

back but destroy Orton for what he has done and Cena looks

like the underdog can't be taken lightly,he is so capable of

dropping the bomb and kicking butt..I don't have a clue who

will win this,it is going to be one heck of a match.

**MY PREDICTION**  TRIPLE H WILL BE

 THE NEW WWE CHAMPION

 

 

 

 World Heavyweight Champion CM Punk vs. Jeff Hardy

Another great match and 2 superstars I really like,Punk is

the hard fight defend at all costs champ and Jeff is the

stop at nothing  throw it all to hell,he wants the title

back that he won and Punk took..This will fly all over the place

and Punk is going to have a hard match.Jeff wants it so bad

he can taste it and I think will throw it literally body and all

into this match.

Intercontinental Champion Rey Mysterio vs. Dolph Ziggler

 Ziggler is a smart mouth little punk and I think Rey will have

a hard match..I just don't think Ziggler is quite ready to be

the Intercontinental Champ yet. Rey won't be able to take

his eye off the match Ziggler can be dangerous.

 

**MY PREDICTION***REY MYSTERIO TO RETAIN

 

 

United States Champion Kofi Kingston vs. Big Show vs. MVP vs. Carlito vs. Jack Swagger vs. The Miz

 

 A ring of superstars and a Giant what better way to

kick off for the United stated championship.Big show obviously

is a huge threat and will have to be taken out other wise

he is the best shot at winning this match.MVP,Swagger,Carlito

and Miz are all very capable wrestlers and able to win. This

isn't so easy to pick so I will go out on a limb and have to

guess this one ,I would love for Kofi to retain but I think his

run may be over.

ECW Champion Tommy Dreamer vs. Christian

 Christian is a dangerious wrestler and can pull out anything

from anywhere and Dreamer fought hard to get the title,I

don't think he will give it up too easy.Dreamer has had

a good run but is it enough to keep his belt...

Unified Tag Team Champion Chris Jericho & A Mystery Partner vs. Ted DiBiase & Cody Rhodes

 

 The Loud mouth Jericho and his ??? partner to face the

rising young guns of legacy..I hope Jericho has been smart

on his partner selection,he'll need the help and luck going

up against Rhodes and Dibiase..I can see a change in the

wings coming,Jericho after bagging his partner Edge thinks

that he is all that just might see that smile wiped off his face

by Rhodes and Dibiase.

TO BE THE NEW UNIFIED TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS

 

Divas Champion Maryse vs. Mickie James

 Maryse is going to have one hyped up angry lady on her

hands LOL.. Maryse thinks she is unbeatable,all that and

no one can take her belt, well she better think again

because if anyone can Mickie can...Maryse has been running

her mouth at Mickie so now she better not just sprout it

but bring it on.This will be a great match

Here are the Matches and my picks.

 

World Heavyweight Champion CM Punk vs. Jeff Hardy

 

Jeff Hardy I think really deserves to be the number 1

 

contender,he had one hell of a match against Edge and to

 

loose his title on the cash in then coming so close again on

 

Raw he has fought hard so well done jeff and good luck.This

 

will be a wild match  and  Punk better bring his A Game cause

 

Jeff is hungry and wants that Title and Punk even though he

 

cashed in his money in the back to win the title,I still think he

 

is  deserving of being champ, after all he went through the

 

hell of the money in the back match so he earned it,just

 

wished it had been Edge and not Jeff that he cashed it in

 

on.However I think this will be a hard one to pick,Jeff wants it

 

badly and Punk isn't eager to give it up..It would be a huge

 

upset if Jeff won,both are very capable wrestlers and to also

 

take into consideration if anyone decides to interfear,As much

 

as I would LOVE Jeff to win I think CM PUNK will retain.

WWE Champion Randy Orton vs. Triple H

 

Oh this match is going to be a Spite to the Extreem,Orton

 

the Viper managed to sleeze the title back after making sure

 

that Batista was taken out of action,walked into a fatal 4 way

 

and walk out with the title.Later that night in a Battle royal

 

it came down to TRIPLE H,JOHN CENA, CODY RHODES and

 

TED DIBIASE there to halt the chances of Cena or Triple H

 

facing Rany Orton.And not even with the help of his other 2

 

legacy members who were thrown out of the ring could stop

 

them..The Final 2 Battled it out with TRIPLE H  winning the

 

match,the announcement made LAST MAN STANDING and

 

won't be waiting until the Bash,Monday Night the clash will

 

begin and Orton will go head to head with The Game.Hard,

 

Brutal,Interfearence,Impact this match will have it all,the

 

Game wants to get Orton for everything  he has done and

 

crush him but Im sure Orton will have his back up very close

 

by. No matter what Orton is going to have his hands full with

 

a very angry Triple H,he can stand against 1 or all 3 and my

 

pick will be a NEW  WWE Champion,TRIPLE H to win.

ECW Championship Scramble Match --

The Superstars involved are 

The  ECW  Champion, Tommy Dreamer

Christian , Jack Swagger,  Mark Henry and Finlay

 

Tommy Dreamer will be fighting tooth and nail to keep his

ECW Title at the bash..The Biggest threat would be

 Mark Henry but never count out The determind Jack Swagger,

Christian (who want's his title back) and the hard and gutsy

Finlay..Mark henry would have to be taken out early in order

for the other 3 superstars to have a shot at this title.Tommy

Dreamer would have to pull off one hell of a miracle to keep

his ECW Championship,anyone could win this and I have no

idea who it will be..So this is my super huge Guess, I will say

Tommy Dreamer to Retain.

 Women's Champion Melina vs. Michelle McCool

Another great match and will be a good tussle between two

top Diva's, Michelle McCool is very capable of winning this

match however I think that Melina isn't ready to hand over

her title just yet..My pick is Melina to retain.

Intercontinental Champion Chris Jericho vs. Rey Mysterio

The ever so Gutsy Rey Mysterio  is going to have a hard

 

match against Jericho.Mysterio is capable of beating anyone

 

no matter how big they are and he has proven that time and

 

time again.However I think Jericho will not let his title go but

 

want to pound Mysterio and humilliate him by taking off his

 

mask.This rivalry has been going on for some time and will hit

 

boiling point at the Bash..As good as Mysterio is and I would

 

love him to win my pick is jericho to retain.

Unified Tag Team Champions Carlito & Primo

 

vs. Cody Rhodes & Ted DiBiase

 

Carlito and Primo have huge targets on ther backs and

 

have a very hard task ahead.Rhodes and DiBiase defeated

 

the Unified Champs earning there number 1 contendership

 

and the chance to win the titles at the bash. I think that

 

Carlito and primo better be on there toes and watch there

 

backs,these 2 will pull out all stops to win and after beating

 

the champs will be going into this match very confident. I

 

somehow can't see Carlito and Primo scooting out of this

 

with there titles in tact.My pick is NEW UNIFIED CHAMPS

 

Rhodes and DiBiase to win.
