As most of you know, I have challenged Jeff Hardy to a one on one match for Smackdown this week, on Friday, February 27th. If Jeff Hardy has any courage, if he is truly a man-he will step into the ring with me on Smackdown and we can settle this once and for all. Let me prove to everyone what they have known all along, even if they refused to admit it.. When it comes down to Matt Hardy and Jeff Hardy, I am the superior performer and wrestler. Period. I'll make this statement into a fact on Friday-if you're enough of a man to show up Jeff. This will be a Smackdown that you do not want to miss, I can promise you that.

It's Friday, and that means it's time for Friday Night Smackdown. Tonight I WILL be at Smackdown, and I WILL get what I want. And what I want is to finally get the anchor known as Jeff Hardy off of my back and out of my life. I made this information public at the Royal Rumble-but now it's time to take things to the next level. I heard Jeff say he wants to just "move on" from all this.. Well Jeffrey Nero, I hate to break it to you, but it's not that simple. Within the next few months, I'm gonna prove to everyone why I've ALWAYS been superior to you.. Why I've ALWAYS been the more talented member of the Hardys. Mark my words-within six months you'll be gone from the WWE because you can't survive without me. Especially with me, The Black Cloud, against you. After getting rid of you and finally allowing myself to reach my full potential, I'll be the number one guy in the entire WWE within six months. Bet on it-because it's gospel.

"Cold Blood" Matt Hardy

At No Way Out in Seattle, I gave you the opportunity to win the WWE Title inside of the Elimination Chamber. I listened very closely to what you had to say on Smackdown last week. You said you were going to "move on" and win the WWE Title regardless of what I wanted. You also mentioned that you hoped this issue between us will one day pass over.

So from the bottom of my heart, I didn't interfere with your Elimination Chamber appearance and/or match. Nor did I need to.. You failed like you always do. I wanted to reinforce to everyone what a failure you truly are-how you can never pull through and succeed in a "big time" atmosphere. How you always choke. It's nothing new though.

So from this point on, my generosity ENDS. No more denying me, no more avoiding the things you've done to me and the situations you've put me in. I will not allow you to "move on" with your life until you deal with our issues. Starting at Smackdown this week, I will FORCE you to deal with the injustices you have committed towards me. I'm afraid the WWE is not big enough for the both of us. I recommend you do the smartest thing possible for your life and livelihood right now. And that's walk out of the WWE and my life. You have until Friday to make your decision.

Good job Teddy Long-I'm glad to see you listened to the smartest man in wrestling, Matt Hardy. After I correctly called you out for being a bad General Manager, you finally did something right. After I pointed out to the world your managerial flaws and mistakes, you finally took a step in the right direction with ECW this week. My sources told me that the Sci-Fi network was absolutely furious I was no longer the flagship of their primary television show. ECW was in jeopardy of being canceled if Teddy Long didn't attempt to fill the monstrous void I left in the ECW roster. To fill this enormous void, Theodore Long brought in Christian, Tyson Kidd, and has Evan Bourne on the way back. It was a good start to filling my void, although it'll take more than these three to do it. So to all of you who enjoyed ECW this week, you have me to thank me for it.

Speaking of Christian, we have a very long and storied history together. Christian was a recipient of my star-making abilities back in the first ever tag team ladder match. Christian was also smart not to stick his nose into my business with Jeff. I could see how he would be tempted to upon resigning with the WWE, but fortunately he was smarter than that. It's also funny how alot of the "internet journalist" and "internet fans" thought Christian might be somehow associated with me and my master plan. Nope. Never has been. There's never been any changes in my plans, there's never been a "B" plan, and Christian hasn't ever been factored in at any time. If Christian did happen to become ignorant enough to interfere with me and my plans, he might find a "Black Cloud" above his head. 

You know, the same kind of "Black Cloud" that took away everything from some "Hooligan" that used to be employed by the WWE. And these are facts-it's someone I got hired after allowing him to have a great match with me on Velocity, and then by going to bat to management for him. It's someone who wrestled his most famous and self-confessed "favorite" WWE match in a contest that I was in and totally engineered and manufactured. And then he became bitter because he attempted to follow in my footsteps, and couldn't measure up as a man in any way-and I mean in any way. Just another example of what happens when you attempt to cross Matt Hardy, I ALWAYS win in the end. Not only am I "The Starmaker", I'm also a "Startaker." Enjoy your pathetic life, you're welcome.
