Mickie James was victorious in tonight's fatal four way match. That means she finally faces Maryse for the Divas Championship.
I have an opinion about what happened last night. It might be a bit controversial but here goes. I'm sure all of you were hoping that it would be Mickie James that would make history. Instead it was Michelle McCool. Don't feel bad for Mickie. Feel bad for Michelle. The way things look now, Mickie will be remembered as one of the most popular divas of her time. Michelle will be thought of as somebody that used her relationship with a huge WWE superstar to get her way, whether it's true or not. I'm sure you all heard the cheers Mickie got when she stared Maryse down after the match. Compare that to the silence when Michelle won last night. I don't hate Michelle but I think that her being the first to win both belts will ultimately hurt her career. What say you?
Mickie is definitely one of the best performers out there. Unlike the other divas, she isn't just large breasts on a stick. She looks like she could actually pull off the moves. Although I think the divas' belt is a real piece of carp, Mickie deserves a long run with whatever belt the WWE is willing to give her.
