I know Chris is always the go to guy when they want to put over someone new. But this was ridiculous. Kingston is beyond green. He's a glorified gymnast who hasn't earned the right to follow an 8 time IC Champ.
I realize the prevailing notion is that HBK is above the IC title, so Chris had to drop it. But that's ****. Chris has always been proud of that title. And if it's come to mean so little that it's "beneath" some people, don't blame him. Blame the booking team that needs to go back and re-discover what the IC title is supposed to mean.
