Bowl of cereal, mini-wheat bites
Bbq sandwich and 7-up (not good. Too much sodium in the sandwich and sugar in the pop)
A few chunks of melon (good) a small (very, like 1 inch by 1 inch) peanut brittle (not so good)
Walked 3 miles
Homemade s&s pork (probably better for me than from the chinese food place, maybe not) 2 rolls - 1 w/butter 1 w/out
2 waters (16.9 bottles)

Walked home from work (1 1/2 miles)
Homemade cheeseburger (not good) & handfull of Sunchips (better, I usually have 2-3 handfulls)
Small cookie (not good)

Small chunk of peanut brittle
3 small microwave pancakes and 3 pieces of sausage (not good, but I usually have 6 of these (they come in little packs of 3) and just as many sausages)
1/2 hour on stationary bike
2 waters
Weighed in at 183 lbs (down from 187, a month or so prior)

why starve yourself and look sickly and scrawny like the current roster of divas?? except beth,natalya and micky...most of them have no mc skills and no in ring skills to speak of..as long as your lean and have some defination(not bony)...don't see why not...look at beth's sidekick
