For years people either have a bigger backbone than anyone else, or they don't have one at all, making them nothing but spineless jellyfish. I used to be a jumpy, frightened little kid when I see the fifth season introduction of America's Number One show in the 1980's, "The Cosby Show."
From early childhood to modern day adulthood, this variant of the traditional Bill Cosby tune make me run down the stairs, hide underneath the blankets, run out the front door, and scare me the heck out of me. This was addressed several times in my life, and I never really overcame that fear. Heck, even Jim Ross would shiver when he heard this theme.
After my mom died, I started watching "The Cosby Show" in reruns either on TBS or Nick at Nite, and guess what, boys and girls? I didn't even run or hide or even jump out the window for crying out loud. I practically enjoyed it. So now when I see it, I just have my eyes closed for a brief moment, until the humor started. In fact, this happened to be my biggest fear to date I had overcame.
Speaking of Backbone, Big Show vs. John Cena, Cena has a backbone, Big Slow does not, Christian and Tommy Dreamer have backbone, I put TD to win big tonight, and Jeff Hardy has a much BIGGER backbone than Edge.
Steel Cage Match: Batista Vs. Randy Orton, I pick Big Man Dave to win this match hands down.
I enjoyed my picks for Extreme Rules PPV here on my blog...It's been a while, but look for more fun in the near future!
