Great American Bash? You mean Great American Bore

Monday, July 21, 2008, 09:34 AM EST [General]

Quick run through on one of the worst PPV's in a long time.

Match #1: WWE Tag Team Championship Fatal Four Way
Hawkins & Ryder - The only team the fans give less of a **** about then Miz and Morrison.

Match #2: WWE United States Championship
Every match Shelton Benjamin has I spend all of it waiting to see what mistake he's going to make.  It came when he was laying in the wrong position for the moonsault.

    Match #3: ECW Championship Match
I knew Colin Delany was going heel as soon as he got up on the ring apron.  No one cares but maybe now they'll let Tommy do what Tommy does best.

Match #4: Shawn Michaels vs. Chris Jericho
It's a shame that the only way anyone cares about Jericho anymore is when he "hurts" Shawn Micheals.  WWE, please save us... from Jericho.

Match #5: WWE Divas Championship Match
Barbie has a new accessory.  Good thing she probably helped design it.  Way for WWE to show people that the new title doesn't deserve any credibility right from the start.

Match #6: World Heavyweight Championship Match
I was looking forward to this one.  Shame they had Kane run in and ruin it.

Match #7: New York City Parking Lot Brawl
I fell asleep during this one.  Some kind of commentary would have been nice to keep the interest.  Between that and no crowd reaction until they got into the arena proved that something wasn't right.  Yep, they taped that part ahead of time.

    Match #8: WWE Championship Match
Thank you for not having Vickie help Edge win this match.  I'm tired of seeing that idiot with a belt.
