The blow up from Randy in Mexico was staged as confirmed by a spokeperson from the WWE. The idea was to try and promote Orton as a heel overseas in the hopes of compensating for poor ticket sales, so he stayed in character during the interview. The two interviewers were told beforehand what to say and how to act. Obviously all three of them failed because you could tell it was all staged from the beginning. Number one, Orton is nothing like that in real life and number two, the interviewers were laughing the whole time.

Oh well, I suppose some fans were gullible enough to believe it, so I guess it worked to some degree.
