    Yes, this is the real Joey Styles or as Mike Adamle would call me, "The Joey Styles".

    Seriously, Mike is a great guy and through hard work will make a great WWE announcer.

    To answer the question that everyone is asking me...I am retired from play by play and I am thrilled with my new postion as Director of Digital Media Content for WWE.

    I will be appearing on RAW, ECW and SmackDown to promote WWE.com so I am not disappearing into cyberspace.

    I look forward to reading your comments and answering your questions.

    Hi Joey. I'm a huge fan of your work and think you are the most knowledgeable commentator when it comes to wrestling moves. I personally love hearing moves called properly and by their proper names, which I feel is sorely lacking in WWE play-by play.



    It's a real shame I won't hear your voice on commentary again, but good luck with WWE.com. Maybe you could teach Mike (I haven't got a clue about anything) Adamle? Seems like a nice guy but he really should go to wrestling boot camp for announcers before he appears on TV again!!



    Hope you have the time to read one of my blogs. I have written about what I would like to see as a fan on WWE.com, and hope one of my suggestions may prove useful. I want WWE to get back to the great wrestling federation I know it can be.

    hey good to see ya!!! I agree Mike has been given a hard time and with time and studying he will get it down.It has to be tough to step in like that. Wish him the best of luck.

    Congrats and glad you are happy at your new position.

    I have been a fan of the WWE for years and am still hooked.Best to ya!!!
