I have been hearing a lot of criticism directed at wwe divas and i think that mostly it is unfounded. The wwe has some amazing female wrestlers that are being underused or used as jobbers. Technically skilled wrestlers like Jillian, Katie lea, Victoria, Natalya are being used as jobbers i think that in this respect wwe is doing an injustice to not only the fans who want to see great (for lack of a better word) diva matches and to the performers (again for lack of a better word) who have slaved and trained to be at the position they are in. while i do not believe that the wwe has any untalented female wrestlers ( people who criticise have no idea of the courage it takes to allow someone to pick you up and throw you ha ha) they have only performers who maybe need to spend some time away from the ring so that they can train and become the best wrestlers that they can possibly be.now i know that divas (yep that horrible word again) like Kelly Kelly, Candice, maria and others have a massive fan base and i believe that it is totally justified that they do, they are charismatic and enticing (couldn't think of another word) women but i believe that receiving pushes right now would detriment their future wwe careers the fans now are getting bored with what is called eye candy (yep i hate the term too) and want to see what are known as proper ( have you seen the costumes there is no way proper is a word that should be used but anyway) female wrestling matches (notice i didn't use diva) that last more than a few minutes before the baby-face wins (i know give the heels a win for a change). well that's pretty much it from me (did you make it this far) but in an ending statement i just want to say stop the criticism these women are trying to entertain you the wwe fans and jeering and putting down their talents does not help. True wwe fans ( like me ) appreciate that maybe the divas are being used because of what they look like but all of them are talented.
thanks for reading ( if you made it this far ha ha)

You're absolutely right, they deserve respect for getting out there in front of the crowds. And the divas couldn't get their push, if it weren't for WWE giving it to them. So the fault really doesn't belong on the Divas. We, as fans, have accepted and allowed WWE to give us 2nd rate talent that need MUCH more training, simply because they have nice bodies. True women wrestlers like Victoria, Neidhart, and Pheonix, go a long way in trying to legitimize the division, but with divas like Maria and McCool being constantly put over, in fact 1 supposedly as a champion, the true women wrestlers cannot carry the entire division. You know it says something, when a company has a "Champion" that has only defended the title, twice in 6 months. In fact, when was the last time WWE even thought she was good enough to put her in a ppv singles match or title match? It's also saying something, when a WWE "Champion" couldn't realistically beat ANY of the TNA Knockouts. I know there are great women wrestlers. I'm a former wrestler, whose worked MANY shows, where the womens matches were the hardest hitting matches of the night. I know sex sells, but I think WWE does a huge injustice to true women wrestlers, who have put in the time and effort to learn their craft, by constantly shoving 2nd rate performers or "Never Could Be's" on us, simply as eye candy.
