In answer to your question as to how long I have been a WRESTLING fan, I have been a wrestling fan for 45 years! I watched wrestling as a very young child with my father. I attended matches at Chicago's Amphlitheater for at least 10 years of my life and have seen such greats as Bobo Brazil, Verne Gagna, Ric Flair, Bobby Henan Pepper Gomez, just to name a few. I was watching wrestling when wrestling was a sport, not this milked-down soaper business it has become today. Don't get me wrong, I know there are very gifted athletes in this business today, however, their talents are being wasted to contribute to WWE's uncreatie writing staff's sick sense of humour. It is ridiculous!

As a female, if want to watch soap operas, there is an entire channel dedicated to that! I want to watch good, old fashioned slobber-knockers, as JR would call them. The matches today aren't creative, there is no belt competition and the same wrestlers are on every program. Face it, the WWE has gotten boring and unimaginative. It has been watered down to appeal to an audience it really wouldn't have if not for fans such as myself.

As for your shock, oh well. I am loyal to the wrestlers that I support and it is in that loyalty that I will not support the BS they are being put through to support their families because some money-hungry bastard refuses to spend money on quality writers! I also will not spend my money on something that I don't enjoy or need. I no longer enjoy the programming that WWE wants to provide, therefore I will not pay for it and will not watch it. When I'm bored, I go to sleep. I want to be entertained and right now, the WWE is not up to my standards for entertainment.
