I know how much things have cost lately, including WWE tickets for an event. But I do have a few tips that everyone should try experimenting....even if you have to make certain sacrifices.
- If you live near a store/mall, just simply take a walk to the store and use reusable bags. They are easy to carry as long as you buy enough that you can carry without making the cargo too heavy when walking back.
- There are a lot of people that live alone. But what if they have financial problems? If a loner wishes to have a roommate, then they can make some extra cash each month just to live in the house and helping out paying the utilities and gas/oil. It's always good to become a landlord.
- Smokers and drinkers need to give up their habits and stop buying cigarettes and alcohol. They are a dangerous mix and those people should resist buying those items.
- During nice weather, instead of cooking on a stove, cook some food on a barbecue, as it runs on propane and can save you money on the gas and utility bills. I recommend big, ballpark style/all beef hot dogs and big hot dog rolls from Wonder bread.
- Don't worry about relationships, or asking for a date with someone you're in love with. Sometimes it's best to do without....or you can do "dutch treat". If you get rejected, remember that you're saving money that was originally going to be used on your date.
- Those that have a car, drive it only when it's necessary. Probably the best time to use it is when travelling to rural lands. If it's urban, just take a walk, ride a bike or take public transit. Or better yet, get a designated driver and just sit back and relax as a passenger to relieve the stress.
- Use transit tickets and save money on a 10-pack.
- Eat out less often and use what you have in the fridge to avoid food being spoiled.
- Refrain from buying stuff that you do not really need unless that product is on special and it's non-perishable.
