-- As reported earlier today, former TNA Knockouts Champion Gail Kim is jumping ship to World Wrestling Entertainment. Kim's departure from the company has taken most by surprise. People knew her contract was being renegotiated, but most assumed it was a lock that she would re-sign with TNA. There was no indication of her leaving the company at last week's Impact tapings, no did she say goodbye to the other wrestlers. One source said the problems between TNA & Kim stemmed from issues regarding her contract. Kim "wanted guarantees TNA was not willing to give" and there were some issues over a separate contract she has with a booking agent who puts her personal appearances together, which created some conflict with TNA. It should also be noted that WWE recently changed its trademark on Gail Kim from inactive to an active status, which should confirm that she's heading back to the company.
I say good. wwe is definitly in need of more diva's and this might just help.
To be honest, I thought this snme was kind of boring. First of all, there were only 3 matches. Second, it was only an hour long. And finally, no one the fans wanted to win actually won. I do think that the whole Generation Rescue thing was very good, though, and i also liked how JR and King got back together again. I think that for the next snme they should make it a 2 hour show, and have more matches, but the matches should be superstars fighting other superstars from different brands, giving the fans something they don't see very often (i mean, when was the last time we saw Shawn Michaels fight the Undertaker?!?!) I think it would be cool to change these things up a little bit. I mean, we only get this like twice a year, we should make it last a while...
SNME is on tonight on NBC. I'm so excited. 2 of the matches are:
CTC & Batista vs. JBL, Kane, Rhodes, and DiBiase
Edge vs. Jeff Hardy
One thing I don't understand about this is why are they putting Kane with the pepople everybody hates? No one likes JBL or the other tag team. It's not like everybody hates Kane, we actually all like him. i don't get it. They need to put him with better people. I think this is just lowering the fans interest in Kane. I hope Jeff wins tonight! I can't stand that rated r stupidstar.
Triple H and his wife Stephanie McMahon celebrated the birth of their new baby girl Murphy Claire Levesque who weghs 8 lbs. 12 oz. Congratulations Triple H and Steph!
I was thinking though, is this the reson why Mr. McMahon has been off lately, to be with his new Granddaughter and daughter?
Brock says he loves mixed martial arts, but would not rule out a return to professional wrestling if the price was right. "They would have to pay me big to come back," he said. "This (Ultimate Fighting) pays good, and I'm home every night."
Brock adds, "Pro wrestling was just brutally grinding on my body. No nights off, a different city every night, a different airplane. And if I got injured, I had to be on TV the next day."
I never actually saw Brock fight, but maybe it would be good if he came back to WWE. I don't really know though.
