My Rangers are in first place finally. I am a long time Texas Ranger fan which means I hate baseball, but this year they are performing well which is great. Also, the Mets are on a 7 game winning streak.
I share tickets with Brian Gewirtz, head writer of Monday Night Raw, and our tickets aren't exactly where you would expect JBL to sit. In fact, they are so far back the Mets are just on their 5th straight victory there-they are so far back, they are actually back in time. There is a slightly obstructed view which is good because it shields the wind because they are so high up and it is freezing up there.
I plan on going tonight if I can find a Sherpa to guide me. If you look up when you fly into LaGuardia you will see our seats, and perhaps me or Brian.
We got a heck of a sale going on our web store. www. CustomMuscle.com is the store, go into Supplement Superstore and then click on "Specials". We have got a special on Champion products this month and Layfield Energy products, if you ever want to try any of these products, there will never be lower prices. We have the best prices throughout the nutrition world. Give us a try.
I thought President Obama was hilarious at the White House Correspondence dinner, I always think Wanda Sykes is funny.
Had a great time at the "On the Run" store in La Vergne, Tennessee this past Friday with my Fox 17 guys. Charlie Chase and Kelly Sutton, on Tennessee Mornings, are two of the best hosts I have ever worked with. The guys are a pleasure to watch. It's kinda like watching Michael Jordan at his heyday, he wasn't just the best-he also enjoyed what he did and that was palpable.
Watched the Players Championship yesterday at TPC Sawgrass. I played the course with Michelle McCool's dad, a terrific individual and unfortunately, for me, a great golfer. I got beat significantly, but I did get a par on the famous par 3.
I lost $1.00 on the golf course Saturday at Friar's Head in the Hamptons to my good friend Wild Bob, Bob had an impossible shot and I bet him a dollar he would not get it on green and he did. So today I will mail him dollar, because I didn't have one on me at the time. One of best golf courses in the world; I just wished it wasn't a walking course. Golf is so much better with carts.
Bob and I caught two 100 pound tarpon earlier in the spring down in the Keys at the same time and landed both. We were fishing with former world record holder Tim Carlile out of Sugarloaf Key (mile marker 17.5), best fishing captain in the world.
Don't forget to watch me on Cavuto every night at 6p ET on Fox Business, Neil Cavuto, in my opinion, is best interviewer on TV. And, on Cashin' In with my good friends, Terry Keenan, Jonathan Hoenig, Tracy Byrnes (whose book you should read, it's terrific), Wayne Rogers and Jonas Max Ferris-every Saturday at 1130a ET.
And, my radio show on WebTalkRadio.net.
And, I am slowly getting into the 21st Century, I am now on Twitter. JCLayfield. My seats at Citi are probably too far away to Twitter, but I can Twitter before I get there in case I get altitude sickness and someone needs to helicopter me down.

Hi There, Mr. Layfield:
Eddie-BoyHow is everybody's favorite "Wrestling God" doing today? Just thought I stop by and ask you if there's a possibility that you and your longtime best friend and former APA partner, Ron "Faarooq" Simmons get back together for one match somewhere down the road? While it appears that you've been enjoying an eventful (and sometimes hectic) schedule since your retirement from the mat wars after your bout with Rey Mysterio, Jr. at WrestleMania 25, I bet you a can of Cherry Dr. Pepper soft drink there's a part of you that still enjoys the thrills, chills, spills, and unparalleled athletic competition of professional wrestling, and would like to compete in the ring one more time for old time's sake. After all, once wrestling is in your blood, it's there for life. I'm sure even your most die-hard supporters would like you and Ron to return to action and do what you do best: Kick butt, take names, show no mercy, take no prisoners, and ask questions later. All things are possible in the WWE Universe, John, and the possibility of a one-night-only reunion with Ron is definitely no exception to the rule, no ifs, ands, or Clotheslines from Hell about it.
Well, that's it for me right now. Hope to hear from you soon. For now, though, keep thinking of good thoughts and pleasant dreams in your heart.
C-Ya Later and Enjoy the Mat Mayhem.
Hang Tough.... Stay Strong.... Always Believe.
Regards,
Eddie-Boy
