Off the top of my head, the ambulance match between Shane McMahon & Kane (Survivor Series 2003). Cena and Angle's "rap battle" was classic as well. Oh, and gotta love Evolution turning on Randy after he won the title, and Triple H with the classic slow-mo thumbs down.
