Wasn't RAW last night crazy? For more, here's Rob and I with the recap:
"Wrestlemania 25 is just only 33 days away, and the Road to Wrestlemania made a stop in Boston, where it hosted Wrestlemania back in 1998 in Which Stone Cold Steve Austin became WWE Champion.
"Randy Orton, who won the Royal Rumble back in January of this year, arrived in Boston with a whole host of people, including his Legacy, a group of doctors, lawyers, and some security, defied the expectations of the WWE Universe when he said that he wants to challenge the winner of Edge/Cena at Wrestlemania for the World Heavyweight Championship.
"The reason for that, is because he wanted to press charges on the WWE Champion, Triple H, for his sledgehammer assault last week.
"Triple H entered the ring telling the Legend Killer that he doesn't have what it takes to face him, calling him gutless for refusing to challenge him. This is an act that the Game says that Orton desperatly wants to commit.
"Orton gives in to the pressure and changes his mind, and challenges Triple H at Wrestlemania for the WWE Championship at Wrestlemania, as long as the Game doesn't touch Orton before then, because if Triple H does, Orton will proceed with the charges. The Game agreed. However, Orton told the King of Kings how good it felt when he nailed his wife Stephanie McMahon with the RKO.
"Triple H kept his agreement and tells Randy Orton that when they meet at Wrestlemania, he'll break Orton's neck.
"I don't know about you guys, but if you ask me, this storyline is getting hotter by the week, and by the time Wrestlemania gets here, it could be beyond any volcanic eruption."
My thoughts: Ooh, those "restraining order" rivalries, huh? I can't wait to see where this is gonna go from here, because of Triple H's boiling rage towards Orton. Because of this, I bet you Orton's Legacy won't be safe from the wrath of the Game, and his trusty sledgehammer.
"Speaking of the World Heavyweight Championship, John Cena did get his rematch as he challenged Edge for the World Heavyweight Championship.
"Even though Cena suffered a brutal beating at the hands of the Big Show last Friday night on Smackdown, he was in rare form.
"Cena took the fight to Edge with a lot of intensity. Edge saw that Cena was on the verge of beating him for the title, so what does he do? He gets himself disqualified by taking the Championship Belt and nailing Cena with it.
"Edge sat on the stage thinking that he was safe, however, his 'wife', Vickie Guererro, came out after the Big Show, made an appearence, stating that at Wrestlemania 25, the Big Show will face Edge for the World Heavyweight Championship.
"Here's how I look at it-- Cena is going to face Edge at Wrestlemania, and that match from last night was a taste of what's going to happen at Wrestlemania.
"The WWE just made this storyline even more interesting. I predict that Cena will be back on Smackdown this Friday night in a rematch against the Big Show, in which John Cena will win, and Cena ends up facing Edge at Wrestlemania."
My thoughts: To say the least, I was bummed that Cena wasn't able to take the WWE title in his own hometown of Boston, where he won the title back at Survivor Series last year. But with Vickie adding the Big Show to the mix, I can bet you Edge has a lot to deal with, believe you me. Hey, no one said that married life was easy, huh, Edge?
"Shawn Micheals had his work cut out for him when he went up against the undefeated Moscow Mauler, Vladimir Kozlov. The winner of this match was to face the Undertaker at Wrestlemania.
"Kozlov had the momentum going into this match due to his win over the Undertaker last Friday night.
"Micheals came back after he was nailed by Kozlov's Battering Ram, as he nailed the Moscow Mauler with some Sweet Chin Music to end his undefeated streak.
"HBK's celebration was cut short when the Undertaker arrived, and made a bone-chilling gesture to the Heartbreak Kid."
My thoughts: Well, my prediction was right saying that it will be HBK vs. the Undertaker at Wrestlemania. Mr. Wrestlemania vs. the Phenom of Wrestlemania himself should be match of the year, just like his show-stopping match with the "Nature Boy" Ric Flair last year at Wrestlemania 24. And it looks like I was wrong on saying Kozlov's undefeated streak ended at No Way Out. His singles undefeated streak is now over, and Kozlov for the first time in my opinion seems mortal.
"In a Money in the Bank qualifying Triple Threat match, Rey Mysterio faced Mike Knox and Kane.
"It was every man for himself in this one. Mysterio was ready to nail Knox with the 619, but was cut off by Kane, who tried to chokeslam him, then Mysterio countered and nails Kane with the 619. Mysterio was ready to finish him off, but was cut off by Knox. Knox tried to finish off Mysterio, but was cut off by Kane, who nailed Knox with the chokeslam to get the win."
My thoughts: The Big Red Monster now in the Money in the Bank match is kinda no surprise to me, because I think that what the Money in the Bank match needed this year in my opinion, is a mix of high-flyers, big men, and men somewhere in between. I wonder if we're gonna see any MITB qualifying matches on ECW and Smackdown?
"Stone Cold Steve Austin, the Funks, and Ricky ''The Dragon'' Steamboat are the latest members in the class of 2009 WWE Hall of Fame. You can now add a man who rivaled the great Bruno Sammartino in the WWE, then known as the WWWF in the late 60's, in Cowboy Bill Watts. Watts is also known for running the Mid-South Wrestling promotion, that introduced Jim Ross, the Junkyard Dog, Ted Dibiase and many others.
"Congrats to Cowboy Bill Watts on being inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame."
My thoughts: I remember Bill Watts for him being in WCW for a time, and there is no doubt that he definently deserves to be in the hall of fame for his incredible work in WWE, WCW, Mid-South Wrestling, and the WWWF. And with Jim Ross inducting his good friend in the hall of fame, it definently makes it more worth it.
"Speaking of the Hall of Fame, Chris Jericho once again continues to trash talk the WWE Legends. This time, he recreated a confrontation from Piper's Pit when Rowdy Roddy Piper busted a coconut over the head of Jimmy ''Superfly'' Snuka.
"Jericho's arrogance got the better of him, as Snuka grabbed a coconut and threatened Jericho with it, as he chased him from the set. As Snuka was receiving adulation from the WWE Universe, Jericho came through the Piper's Pit set, taking a belt to Snuka.
"I heard that if Mickey Rourke doesn't face Jericho at Wrestlemania, then it's going to be Hulk Hogan."
My thoughts: Thanks for the update, Rob! Either way, I'm definently gonna like this match at Wrestlemania. However, one thing that was in my mind during Jericho's attack on Snuka-- "Where the hell is Sim Snuka when you need him?" Sim Snuka is the son of the Superfly after all, so why didn't the WWE send him out to gain revenge on Jericho? I guess WWE is laying him off a little bit after the attack from the Legacy. Not to complain, but I hope Sim Snuka comes back to RAW soon.
"I saved the best for last, as in Divas action, two of the most sexiest Divas in the WWE, Mickie James and Kelly Kelly took on Beth Phoenix and Jillian.
"Sitting at ringside was the WWE Women's Champion, Melina, and the Divas Champion, Maryse.
"In spite of the Glamazon's awesome power, it was Kelly Kelly who scored the win for her team when she pinned Jillian.
"After the match was over, Beth and Jillian started a brawl with their opponents. As Melina was coming into the ring, Maryse pulled her off the ring apron and nails her with a vicious DDT."
My thoughts: You know, I got a funny feeling that we may see a Women's Champion vs. Divas Champion match at Wrestlemania between Melina and Maryse, after seeing the confrontation between Divas. I just can't wait to see who will come out on top of that showdown.
See you all tomorrow with the ECW Dirt Sheet!:D

I'll see you all tomorrow with more!:D
2/22/09 Smackdown Dirt Sheet: Twist of Hate
Well, it's time for another Smackdown Dirt Sheet, but first, a big thanks to all my readers out there this week for putting in another record number for yours truly. The total views overall is getting to 9000, and of course, we're getting closer and closer to blog number 500, so the numbers are definently getting better as time goes on. But enough about the numbers, let's find out what happened last night on Smackdown now, shall we?
"The WWE Universe was still stunned over the events of what happened this past Sunday at No Way Out, when Edge lost the WWE Championship, and came back in the Raw Elimination Chamber match, and won the World Heavyweight Championship.
"At the start of last night's Smackdown, Edge bragged about how he became the new World Heavyweight Champion, then Jeff Hardy, who eliminated Edge in the first 5 minutes of the Smackdown Elimination Chamber match, came out and wanted to challenge the Rated R Superstar for the World Heavyweight Championship.
"Edge said no, and then Jeff Hardy started to ridicule Edge's relationship with his wife, the Smackdown General Manager, Vickie Guererro, before nailing the Rated R Superstar with the Twist of Fate.
"As a result of this, it was a non-title match, as Edge went up against Jeff Hardy. Hardy showed why he is worthy of becoming the World Heavyweight Champion, as only Jeff Hardy can do.
"Just when Jeff had the match won when he nailed Edge with the Swanton Bomb, out of nowhere comes Jeff's brother Matt, and nails him with a Twist of Fate, causing Edge to be disqualified, making Jeff Hardy the winner of the match.
"After the match was over, Matt stood over his unconscious brother and challenged him to a match to take place next week.
"I understand that Matt Hardy vs Jeff Hardy could take place at Wrestlemania 25. I wonder if their match next week on Smackdown could be a taste of what could happen at Wrestlemania, should the match take place there as well."
My thoughts: It just might, because in my opinion, a match that big can definently happen at a Wrestlemania. Like I said in a previous blog, and sorry for repetiton, but the Jeff vs. Matt match might just outshadow the Bret vs. Owen match at Wrestlemania X.
"If you saw the ending of Raw this past Monday night, you saw Randy Orton nailing Stephanie McMahon with an RKO that caused the new WWE Champion, Triple H to come down to the ring to tend to his wife's aid.
"Then, you saw the look that Triple H gave Randy Orton. I think that the look on the Game's face tells the story as to what he is going to do to Randy Orton.
"In an exclusive interview with Jim Ross, Triple H told J.R. that when Orton put his hands on his wife, Stephanie McMahon, Orton crossed the line that he can never come back from.
"The Game was too upset to finish the interview, as he was ripping the microphone off his shirt, and leaving without a word.
"This Monday night, the Game is going to confront Randy Orton. You can only imagine the mood Triple H is going to be in.
"My hat's off to the WWE on this one, because this feud, I think is going to be more hotter than the Austin/McMahon feud in the late 90's."
My thoughts: And you just might be right on that. After seeing the interview and seeing Triple H's face after leaving the interview, I truly think that Orton's days are numbered, and at the end of RAW this Monday night, Orton's gonna get a small sampling of the pain that he's gonna endure at Wrestlemania.
"Last week on Smackdown, the Miz and John Morrison beat Carlito and Primo to get a date with the Bella Twins.
"Last night on Smackdown, they showed what happened during the Valentine's Day date, almost like what used to be done on the dating show, Blind Date.
"This date ended in disaster, when a very jealous Primo and Carlito tried throwing pies in the faces of the Miz and Morrison, but missed, and the pies ended up in the faces of the Bella Twins.
"Next week on Smackdown, the WWE Tag Team Champions, Primo and Carlito will defend against the World Tag Team Champions, the Miz and John Morrison.
"We could be seeing the Miz and John Morrison becoming the undisputed Tag Team Champions next week."
My thoughts: We just may see that happen. I just hope the Bellas aren't hating on the brothers Colon after that pie-related incident. Still, I thought it was funny when Primo and Carlito were disguised as waiters.
"In what was supposed to be a Tag Team match, the United States Champion, Shelton Benjamin and Chavo Guererro was to take on MVP and R-Truth, but R-Truth was taken out by Chavo and the Gold Standard.
"So MVP took on the Gold Standard and Chavo Guererro in a Handicap match. Benjamin had himself tagged in the match just when the former ECW Champion was closing in on the win. Chavo was outraged, and turned on his partner, nailing him with the 5-Star Frog Splash.
"This resulted in another victory for MVP, as he nailed the Gold Standard with the Drive-By Kick to the temple.
"The race for the United States Championship is heating up."
My thoughts: After what I saw from Chavito Heat, it is now for sure up to a full boil. With Chavo now gunnin' for the Gold Standard, I got a feeling that the Gold Standard's days of becoming US Champion just may be short-lived.
"Ever since Umaga has returned to the WWE on Smackdown, he has decimated everybody in his path, and Scotty Goldman was no different.
"The Samoan Bulldozer made quick work of Goldman, when he nailed him with a combination Chokeslam/Samoan Spike."
My thoughts: Umaga once again destroys another WWE superstar. Yikes. I just hope the WWE Champion isn't next on the Samoan Bulldozer's road to destruction. By the way, I thought I'd tell you all this, but I found out that this morning, Scotty Goldman had been released by WWE. Now, this is a bit of a surprise to me, because last I heard of Goldman, he had a show on WWE.com called "What's Crackin'". I thought for sure that show was gonna be on longer than about a month, for cryin' out loud. Scotty, I wish you nothing but the best of luck in your future endeavors, whether you're Colt Cabana, Scotty Goldman, or that incredible character from Wrestling Society X, Matt Classic.
"Once again, I save the best for last.
"In Divas Tag Team action, Michelle McCool, and the lady who took the WWE Divas Championship from her, Maryse, took on Maria, and the ever so sexy Eve Torres, who was in her 2nd WWE match.
"Eve was mounting an offensive maneuver on Maryse in the corner, and just when the referee was getting distracted by putting Maria out of the ring, Michelle nailed Eve with a powerful kick, then Maryse covered her to get the win."
My thoughts: Despite losing, Eve still put out one hell of an effort in the ring, let me tell you. Also, as advertised last night on Smackdown, Gail Kim is returning to the WWE! I tell you, the Divas division on Smackdown is no doubt gonna heat up if Gail Kim arrives on Friday nights. I can definently see a Gail Kim/Maryse feud for the Divas title when Gail returns to WWE.
"One other thing, Vickie Guererro isn't happy about the Shawn Michaels/JBL match taking place this Monady night on Raw, in which the winner faces the Undertaker at Wrestlemania.
"So she feels that it should be Vladimir Kozlov ending the Undertaker's Wrestlemania winning streak, and next week on Smackdown, it will be Vladimir Kozlov vs the Undertaker."
My thoughts: Well, with Koxlov's no pin/no submit streak ending at No Way Out, I got a feeling he wants to end the Deadman's legendary winning streak, just for revenge matters. I've been told he may show up to RAW this Monday night to confront JBL or Michaels, so I'm interested to see what happens from here.
Well, that wraps up another edition of the Smackdown Dirt Sheet, but tomorrow's a brand new Top 50 Countdown, so be ready for more madness to happen! Until then, as Gregory Miller says on IGN, have a turnbuckle tomorrow!:D
2/18/09 ECW Dirt Sheet: Another "Swagger" Defeat
Alrighty, now it's time for today's edition of the ECW Dirt Sheet:
"Just when it looked like the All American American Jack Swagger gained a lot of his Swagger, shall we say, when he successfully defended his ECW Championship last Sunday, things came to a quick halt last on ECW.
"Here is what I mean:
"In the main event last night, the ECW Champion, Jack Swagger, and the World's Strongest Man, Mark Henry teamed up to take on Finlay and Christian.
"This match turned into an all out brawl when Finlay's son, Hornswoggle interfered in the match as the World's Strongest Man attempted to nail Christian with the World's Strongest Slam. This caused the referee to be distracted. As that was going on, Henry was bashed in the head by Finlay with his trusty shillelagh. After Swagger took out Finlay, he tried to Gutwrench Powerbomb Christian, but Christian countered, and it was enough for him to score the pinfall for his team.
"Next week on ECW, it will be the All American American, Jack Swagger defending the ECW Championship against Christian.
"I've come to this conclusion as far as the Christian/Jack Swagger match is concerned. I can see why the WWE is allowing him to go after the ECW Championship. Should Christian become the new ECW Champion, he will fill the void that Matt Hardy left when he left ECW to go to Smackdown.
"After all, Matt Hardy was the top dawg in the ECW brand. And I honestly feel that the WWE has found the perfect guy to fill that void in Christian. I can't wait for that match next week, and how it turns out should be an instant classic [LOL]"
My thoughts: Indeed it should. I too am gonna be rooting for Christian in next week's match against Jack Swagger. However, I don't know if Finlay will put his "friendship" with the Instant Classic aside to "interfere" in his match. We'll have to see what happens next week.
"The man from the Bottomless Pit was back in action last night on ECW, when the Boogeyman took on Paul Burchill. This match was the result of Burchill's Christian Bale like rant on WWE Mobile on AT&T. The Boogeyman has been undefeated in singles action, and the Boogeyman had Burchill had his mercy.
"Until he turned his back on Burchill reaching for his bag of worms, that's when Burchill rolled him up to get the win. Even though he lost the match, the Boogeyman still scared Paul's sister, Katie Lea away, taunting her with the bag of worms.
"How will the man from the Bottomless Pit avenge his loss? Will the Burchills continue to challenge this superstar? We shall see in the weeks to come."
My thoughts: I can bet you the man from the Bottomless pit will no doubt try to get Katie Lea wormed, even if Paul Burchill continues to beat the Boogeyman. I can't wait to see where this rivalry ends up.
"Tommy Dreamer is still trying to get revenge for being mocked by the World Tag Team Champions. He also was determined to prove that he still has what it takes, when he took on John Morrison.
"It looked like that Dreamer was going to win the match when Morrison's partner, the Miz was ejected from ringside, but the ECW Original was still defeated when Morrison nailed him with the Moonlight Drive.
"Later on that night, Ricky Ortiz went up to Dreamer, offering him one of his Ricky O. Rally Towels. Sure, Ricky, try to boost his confidence up by doing that. Ain't going to work, I'm afraid."
My thoughts: Definently not, at this point. Dreamer is sadly, going the way of MVP's losing streak, via Summerslam. I can sure as hell hope that Dreamer can win soon, I really do. Kudos though, to Ricky Ortiz for making a great cameo.
"In his second match on ECW, the latest being trained from the Hart Family Dungeon, Tyson Kidd, who was personally trained by WWE Hall of Famer, Bret Hart, took on Caden Matthews.
"Kidd displayed great wrestling skills against Matthews, including a hard-hitting leg drop off the ring apron. After that, he followed it up by propelling himself over the top rope, landing a Flying Elbow Drop, before getting his second win on ECW.
"I agree with Todd Grisham when he said that Tyson Kidd's kicks are harder than Mike Tyson's punches."
My thoughts: Tyson Kidd is no doubt the most incredible young athlete I've seen today from the Hart Dungeon. His kicks are no doubt one of the most athletic ones I've seen today. They may even match Kofi Kingston's, to be exact. And of course, like I said earlier, having Natalya around doesn't hurt his chances, either.
Alrighty, I'll see you all later for more!:D
2/17/09 RAW Dirt Sheet: The Rules of "the Game" Have Changed
Indeed, the rules of the game have changed, but is it for the better? Let's let Rob and I tell you:
"No Way Out was in flux of the World Heavyweight Championship falling into the clutches of Smackdown's Edge. Randy Orton continues to make life a living hell for the McMahon family. Here is what I'm talking about.
"Shane McMahon was hellbent on getting revenge on Randy Orton for what he did to his Father, Vince McMahon. So Shane challenged Orton to an unsanctioned fight, with no referees, and no Legacy members. This fight was to continue until one man can't continue. Orton accepted the challenge.
"But Shane's Sister, Stephanie tried to talk Shane out of it, but Shane wouldn't listen. Just before the fight began, Stephanie McMahon was on her cell phone talking to somebody to come and try to talk some sense into Shane.
"The fight between Orton and McMahon got underway with the 2 trading blows in this fight that spilled over the barriers and into the audience.
"Shane had things in his favor when he was ready to nail Orton with the Coast-to-Coast, until Orton's Legacy co-horts, Ted Dibiase and Cody Rhodes attacked McMahon from behind, setting up McMahon for Orton to nail him with a Punt to the Temple, just like he did to Vince McMahon.
"Then, Stephanie McMahon came to tend to her Brother, trying to revive him. But that didn't work, as Randy Orton nailed her with an RKO that was so vicious, that the WWE Champion, Triple H rushed to the ring, and cleared the ring of the Legacy members.
"This rivalry is about to get hotter, and I think that look on the Game's face tells the story. You see, I'm sure that a lot of you are aware that Triple H and Stephanie McMahon are in real life, husband and wife. And Edge being the new World Heavyweight Champion, there is a good chance that Triple H may be coming back to where he rightfully belongs in my opinion, on Monday Night Raw.
"With the 2009 Draft taking place on April 13th, that alone right there could very well be just a little preview as to who is going where."
My thoughts: Indeed so. You know, I originally was gonna rant my brains out as to what Orton did to Stephanie, but I realize now, that this is a great storyline that will no doubt lead us to one hell of a Wrestlemania main event between the two. The new, evil Orton and Triple H in a Wrestlemania main event will no doubt be one of Wrestlemania's most incredible matches to date.
"Speaking of Edge, he and the Smackdown General Manager made a guest appearance on Raw last night just to brag about how he became the new World Heavyweight Champion, when Ms.Guererro talked about why Edge was in the Raw Elimination Chamber match.
"While Edge was bragging more about his newly won Championship, he was interrupted by John Cena, who was telling Edge about his plans to win back the World Heavyweight Championship. When Edge tried walking away, Cena turned Edge around, looked him straight in the eye, and said, and I quote, 'You try to hide, I will find you. You try to run, I will catch you. We are going to fight, and I will hurt you.'
"Cena should wait a little bit to get his Championship match, because I really feel that Rey Mysterio should get a crack at Edge's World Heavyweight Championship, because if you look back on this year's Royal Rumble, Mysterio's time in the Rumble was 49:24, and the valiant effort he gave in the Raw Elimination Chamber match this past Sunday at No Way Out when it came down between he and Edge, Mysterio deserves a Championship match."
My thoughts: That's a pretty good opinion, Rob. No doubt, Rey Mysterio and Edge have had an awesome rivalry in the past, and they definently would have had one hell of a Wrestlemania match if the two decide.
"Speaking of Rey Mysterio, he saw action last night against Mike Knox. Despite a brutal Elimination Chamber match, Mysterio nails Knox with the 619, and tries to finish him off, but misses, then tries again on the other side of the ring, and was caught by Knox. Knox had Mysterio right where he wants him, and was ready to finish him off, but misses, and Mysterio rolls him up and gets the win.
The way Mysterio handled himself against Knox is another reason why Mysterio deserves a Championship match."
My thoughts: Normally, I'd say something, but I think I already covered why Mysterio deserves a Championship match at Wrestlemania. Moving on....
"In a 6 man Tag match, Orton's Legacy co-horts, Ted Dibiase and Cody Rhodes and former Intercontiental Champion William Regal took on the current Intercontinental Champion, CM Punk and Cryme Tyme. Punk showed some impressive hard fought moments, especially against Regal.
"Towards the end of the match, JTG went for the cover on Dibiase, but saw that Cody Rhodes was about to make the save. Then, Shad came in, and he and Regal battled outside the ring. Then Dibiase nails JTG with a move he calls the Dream Street, and gets the win.
"Here's a little something for you, Ted Dibiase's younger Brother, Brett, is currently wrestling in the FCW (Florida Championship Wrestling) which is the WWE's territorial development. And there has been a great deal of discussion behind the scenes about bringing Brett to Raw.
"The question is, is Brett Dibiase going to be a part of the Legacy, or is Ted Dibiase going to turn babyface and help his Brother? This is something you might want to be on the look out for."
My thoughts: I will most certainly be on the look out for Brett Dibiase if he does show up on RAW. Another suggestion maybe is Brett teaming up with Manu and Sim Snuka, who aren't on RAW that much anymore and try to take out Orton's Legacy, but then again, it's just my matter of opinion.
"Shawn Micheals regained the trust of the WWE Universe when he beat John ''Bradshaw'' Layfield at No Way Out, but last night on Raw, JBL made a declaration to the WWE Universe that he plans on ending the Wrestlemania winning streak of the Undertaker.
"However, the Heartbreak Kid Shawn Micheals came out and made a proposal to JBL, that next week on Raw, the 2 will face each other once again, and the winner to face the Undertaker at Wrestlemania.
"Shawn Micheals will without a doubt win that match. And I also heard that a match between the Undertaker and Shawn Micheals at Wrestlemania 25 has been discussed for a long time, and I honestly believe that Shawn Micheals is capable of ending the Underatker's Wrestlemainia winning streak. After all, let's look back at what Shawn Micheals has done in past Wrestlemanias:
WRESTLEMANIA 10: Revolutionizing the Ladder match
WRESTLEMANIA 12- Coming down from the rafters and wrestling for an hour to become the WWE Champion.
WRESTLEMANIA 24- Ending one of the greatest wrestling careers in all of professional wrestling in Ric Flair.
"And how can we not forget, at an In Your House Pay-Per-View in October of 1997, when Shawn Micheals beat the Undertaker in the very first Hell in a Cell match.
"If there is one man that is capable of ending the Wrestlemania winning streak, it's Shawn Micheals."
My thoughts: No doubt about it, HBK may be Undertaker's toughest Wrestlemania opponent to date. After all the things Taker and Michaels have been through in the past, this will definently be Undertaker's toughest task to date, and you know what? I think it just might trump Michaels vs. Flair.
"Chris Jericho once again came out and was talking trash about Mickey Rourke and his movie, The Wrestler, and was once again talking trash about various WWE Legends. This time, it got the attention of WWE Hall of Famer Rowdy Roddy Piper. Piper tried himself to talk some sense to Jericho, and tells him he's going to keep giving the WWE Universe what they want.
"However for the Rowdy One, after following it up with an attack on Jericho, Jericho turned it around and attacked the WWE Hall of Famer, dropping the Wrestlemania legend before exiting the ring.
"Heads up-- there is a good chance hat Stone Cold Steve Austin could very well make an appearance next week on Raw to confront Jericho as well."
My thoughts: Stone Cold Steve Austin coming to RAW next week?! Wow! I think the Texas Rattlesnake, and 2009 WWE Hall of Famer will no doubt talk, or maybe beat some sense into Y2Jerk himself.
"Then, in a match for the WWE Women's Championship, the Champion, Melina was to defend against former Champion, Beth Phoenix, the Glamazon.
"The Glamazon had with her at ringside, her so-called boytoy, Santino Marella, and her intern, and her crazy number 1 fan, Rosa Mendes.
"In order to prevent any outside interference, Mickie James, Kelly Kelly and Candice Michelle came down and triple teamed Santino, and also did a number on Mendes, as this caused a distraction from the Glamazon. This allowed Melina to roll up the Glamazon and get the win, and successfully retaining her Championship."
My thoughts: I thought Mickie, Kelly, and Candice did a good job of making sure Santino and Rosa didn't interfere in Melina's match. Melina turned out to be the better wrestler in this one, despite the Glamazon's attempts to dominate most of the match.
"One more thing I want to recommend, the Best of Saturday Night's Main Event DVD set. This 3 disk DVD set includes some of the most memorable matches, including:
Hulk Hogan vs Cowboy Bob Orton
