Alright, everyone. First things first. The reason for no blogs the past couple of days was because there was a fire over in Hallowell, so the internet was down, including here in Augusta. So, I'm now gonna try to catch up here on some blogs. The first being the RAW Dirt Sheet. I'll get to the ECW Dirt Sheet tomorrow, but for now, here's today's installment:
"Vince McMahon has bought back Monday Night Raw and you have to wonder if he was going to do what Donald Trump did last week, during the commerical free Raw and that's give everybody in San Jose a refund.
"But he did do a couple of things that was mastered by Trump last week. One of them was the 15 superstar trade.
Superstars That Moved To Raw:
Jack Swagger Mark Henry Evan Bourne Alicia Fox Gail Kim
"McMahon even went ahead with a series of special guest hosts, and guest hosting Raw last night was the Animal, Batista.
"The Animal's first order of business is a 4 man tournament to determine who would face Randy Orton at the Night Of Champions for the WWE Championship.
"The first match was Triple H, who came off a hell of a brutal match this past Sunday at the Bash, took on MVP who has been having a lot of momentum since coming to Raw.
"MVP saw that Triple H was still suffering after a brutal match at the Bash and does a number on the Game's leg. MVP had to have been watching that 3 Stages of Hell match knowing that Triple H was still feeling the effects after that, because for MVP, if he could get by someone like the Game and face Randy Orton at Night Of Champions, what a huge jump for MVP it would be career wise.
'But despite a valiant effort from MVP and the Game's injuries, Triple H managed to nail MVP with the Pedigree to get the win and advance in the tournament.
"The next match in the tournament was I would consider to be a rematch from the Bash as John Cena took on the Miz.
"For the chick magnet, an actual victory over Cena would not only bring him one step closer to some gold in the singles ranks, but some revenge for his loss this past Sunday.
"The Miz can back up at times just about anything he says, in fact the Miz does sort of remind me of John Cena back during his days as the Doctor of Thuganomics. Last night on Raw despite his impressive showing against Cena, the Miz was feeling Deja Vu as Cena comes back and locks the STFU on the Miz to get the win.
"So next week it will be Triple H vs John Cena and the winner will face Randy Orton at the Night of Champions for the WWE Championship.
"Now let's go back in time here:
"Triple H met John Cena at Wrestlemania 22 and John Cena beats him to win his first WWE Championship.
"Triple H met John Cena at last year's Night Of Champions and Triple H beats Cena to erase that loss at Wrestlemania 22.
"So I guess that it is safe to say that next week's match between Cena and the Game would be considered the rubber match.
"Batista wasn't done yet, because he put Randy Orton in a 3 on 1 Gauntlet match, just to give him a dose of his own medicine, and if either Ted Dibiase or Cody Rhodes try to interfere, they will be fired on the spot.
"Orton's 3 opponents are 3 people that were traded to Raw from ECW.
"First, it was Evan Bourne who lost when Orton RKO'd him from the top rope to get the win.
"Second, it was Jack Swagger. The WWE Universe thought for sure that Swagger was going to give Orton a really good run for the money, but instead he makes a quick exit allowing Orton to win by a count out.
"His third match was against the World's Strongest Man, Mark Henry, who to wanted to make a first impression on Raw, but his impression was entirely different from what Swagger did.
"Henry was almost counted out but instead was back in the ring and really made an impression when he took advantage of Orton's injuries from the 3 Stages of Hell match and nailed him with the World's Strongest Slam to get the win.
"In their first title defense as the new Unified World Tag Team Champions, Edge and Chris Jericho were to defend against former champs Carlito and Primo.
'Edge went for the Spear on Carlito but his brother made him trip so Edge would miss, while being distracted by Primo. Carlito nalis him with the Backstabber, goes for the cover and only gets 2 as Jericho made the save.
"Primo sends Jericho outside the ring and Primo follows as he was incoming, shall we say. Carlito went to finish off Edge, but due to an accidental trip by Primo, Edge nails Carlito with the Spear to get the win, and he and Jericho retains the Unified WWE Tag Team Championship.
"The United States Champion had a huge challenge ahead of him, even though it was a non-title match when he took on the 485-pound Big Show who had an over 250 pound weight advantage over Kingston, so his high flying moves were going to play a huge part in this match.
"Kingston did use every trick in the book in order to get past the Big Show, but no winner was declared as this match ended in a double-count out.
"Once again I'm saving the best for last as it was a Fatal 4 way Divas match with the winner facing Maryse at the Night of Champions for the Divas Championship.
THE 4 DIVAS COMPETING WERE:
Mickie James Kelly Kelly Rosa Mendes Beth Phoenix
"Maryse was sitting at the announce table watching closely and she was hoping that she wouldn't have to face Mickie James, because it has been said that she is afraid of her.
"She also said that she would love to face Kelly Kelly.
"Unfortunatly for Maryse, it was Mickie James who won the match and she will face Maryse at the Night Of Champions for the Divas Championship."
Well, there you go! I'll have the ECW recap up tomorrow as I said, and I will later today try to post a new VGV episode, so be on the look out for it!
"What a Bash it was last night in Scramento. Anything and everything that could possibly happen did happen. Here is how it all went down.
"Dolph Ziggler went up against the Great Khal. You may remember this started a few weeks ago on Smackdown when Ziggler made an open challenge and Khali accepted, which made Ziggler think twice about accepting.
"With this match being on PPV, it looked to be the most important match of Ziggler's Career against the Punjabi Playboy. One would think that in the past with the way that Ziggler has won matches over Khali, that he would have a trick up his sleeve, and as big is Khali was, you would have to do so.
"Last night it looked like that Ziggler had bitten off a little bit more than he could chew. That's until the Big Red Monster Kane made a surprise return and climbed in the ring with a steel chair and attacked the Punjabi Playboy. This allowed Ziggler to pull off one of the biggest upsets ever.
"This victory Ziggler got is going to give Ziggler a huge jump in the rankings towards a major championship." My thoughts: I say so myself, because any time you can get a pinfall win over a big 7'3 monster like Khali, you know you've got big things coming your way.
"At last year's Bash, Michelle McCool became the very first Divas Champion, and last night at the Bash, this hot piece of ass became the very first Diva to win not only the Divas Championship, but the WWE Women's Championship as well when she Beat Melina for the Women's Championship.
"Throughout the match, McCool targeted Melina's left leg as well as battering her limb. I'll be perfectly honest with you, this heel turn that McCool made sometime ago has really been a big help to McCool and I think that her in-ring skills show that and I hope that Alicia Fox has learned a lot from McCool so far, because it takes a great deal of passion and dedication to make it to the top.
"Great move on the WWE's part with Michelle McCool. I'm really pleased at what they have done with that." My thoughts: Definently. It seems as though Michelle beat Mickie James to the punch to become the first-ever Double Crown Women's Champion. I wonder if Mickie's next to capture the double crown? Better late than never, I always say.
"Tommy Dreamer, Jack Swagger, Mark Henry, Christian and Finlay competed in the ECW Championship Scramble match.
"The match started with Swagger and Christain, then Finlay, followed by Dreamer and Mark Henry.
'This match truly lived up to it's name as the 20 minutes was ticking away. Swagger was the first man to score a pinfall over Finlay. The 20 minute mark was near the end and Dreamer was still ECW Champion. As the end was getting closer, each man was trying so hard to get a pinfall, but when the dust finally settled, Dreamer was still the ECW Champion, making him the official winner of the match." My thoughts: It seems as though Dreamer is silencing all the critics, and bringing his own lenghty reign as ECW Champion to the fold. Who's next for the Innovator of Violence?
"It gives me great pleasure to annouce that John Cena has finally shut the Miz up after weeks of bragging about how he beat Cena but without wrestling him.
"Ever since the Miz was drafted to Raw, well, let's just say that the Miz will do anything to get to the top, even if it meant bragging about victories that never really happened.
"Cena had a no-nonsense attitude going into this last night. Even though the Miz had control of the match on Cena, the Miz was in dire straits once Cena regained Control. In the end, the Miz was nailed with a hard-hitting Attitude Adjustment followed by a STFU for not only the win, but a whole lot of satisfaction to get the win.
"He is John Cena and he.......is............awesome!!!!!!!!!!!" My thoughts: Awesome is the right word for it. I guess this means Miz has just struck out with Maryse-- LOL
"Everything was at risk last night when Chris Jericho put up his Intercontinental Championship against Rey Mysterio, who if he lost the match last night, he would have to take off his mask.
"This match last night stole the show for me like their match that they had at Extreme Rules. Let's be real here, any one on one match with Mysterio will steal the show for anybody. Last night, let's just say that Mysterio was staring adversity in the face, with everything that Jericho has done to him in the past, saying that Mysterio hides behind a mask.
"Mysterio showed Jericho how much the mask meant as he walked out the Intercontinental Champion and with his Mask still on." My thoughts: How about it when Rey had a mask underneath a mask to fool Jericho? Definently clever mind games right there.
"But Jericho wasn't done at all. You see, with his job on the line, Smackdown General Manager Teddy Long made the Unified Tag Team Championship match a Triple Threat, as Jericho teamed up with Edge to take on Ted Dibiase and Cody Rhodes as well as Carlito and Primo.
"Before the match, Edge barged into Long's office, reminding him of what Vince McMahon did to him this past Friday night on Smackdown when he put him on probation. After that, Long was arguing with Edge saying that he should have thought about his future before divorcing Vickie Guerrero.
"However, Long's voice softened when McMahon entered the room and Long made the match a Triple Threat match. After letting their egos get the best of them with each other on past Smackdowns, Jericho and Edge managed to put whatever differences they may have had aside and work together as a team to become the new Unified WWE Tag Team Champions.
"If my memory serves me right, I think that is what John Morrison and The Miz were like before they became a Tag Team." My thoughts: Same here. I just hope Edge and Jericho don't be like Miz and Morrison and try to do a Dirt Sheet show like them.
"At Extreme Rules, Jeff Hardy tasted the gold once again when he became the new World Heavyweight Champion, beating Edge in the ladder match, only to have his dreams crushed by CM Punk which didn't sit very well with the WWE Universe.
"Hardy thought that he had the match won until the referee saw that Punk's foot was under the bottom rope which sent Hardy beyond frustration.
"After the match was restarted, Punk had himself DQ'd when he kicked the referee. Hardy was livid as he attacked Punk, sending him outside in which Hardy continued the assault, and this took 3 referees to get Hardy off of him." My thoughts: Hardy robbed again? No! CM Punk once again cheats to win, and not in a good way. When's my boy gonna stop gettin' robbed over here?
'Then in the night's Main Event, a 3 Stages Of Hell match in which Randy Orton was to defend the WWE Championship against Triple H.
"The first fall was a regular wrestling match in which Triple H won by a disqualification, thanks to outside interference by Orton's goons, Rhodes and Dibiase.
"The second fall was a Falls Count Anywhere Match in which the Game wasted no time in putting Orton away with the Pedigree outside the ring after going to work on him with steel chairs.
"You can tell that Triple H was living ny one saying, and that saying was 'vengeance is mine', after all the grief that Orton caused for him and his family.
"The final fall was a Stretcher match. Triple H had Orton laid out once again setting him on the stretcher. Just when he had Orton already across the line, he was attacked once again by Rhodes and Dibiase,
"However, momentum switched in the Game's favor once again when he got the sledgehammer. and took out Rhodes and Dibiase, but the viper attacked Triple H with a steel grate, allowing Orton to wheel the Game across the finish line, making Orton the winner and retaining the WWE Championship." My thoughts: Let's not forget the end in which the Game waylaid Orton with the Sledgehammer afterwards. I bet Orton's gonna feel that one in the morning. So will Triple H, especially after that brutal match.
ALRIGHT, ALRIGHT. Sorry if I haven't been on here a while-- a little thing called Twitter popped up, and let's just say, this blog has been thrown so far off course. Hopefully, I'll be on here longer this time. Let's just hope-- LOL Anywho, see you all later!:D
Well, we are now one night removed from the 2009 WWE Draft, and let me tell you, I'm still feeling the after-effects. Here's Rob:
"8 days have been removed from probably one of the greastest Wrestlemanias ever, and it was time to shake things up again with this year's WWE Draft. All the matches except for the main event was for a pick in this year's Draft, so here we go.
"First match out of the gate was to me, a dream match that came true as the Intercontinental Champion, Rey Mysterio from Raw, took on Evan Bourne from ECW.
"Even though Bourne used his high-flying manuevers against the Master of the 619, it was no match for the experience of Mysterio, as Bourne was nailed with the 619 to pick up the win and the first Draft pick for Raw, which was none other than the United States Champion, MVP.
"Big things poppin' on Monday nights and little things stoppin' on Friday nights." My thoughts: Wow. What a great first pick for RAW-- MVP, the U.S Champion. I can't wait to see some awesome dream matches for the belt on Monday nights now. And the Rey-Bourne match was in my book the most awesome way to kick off the matches.
"Another match for a second draft pick saw Kane from Raw taking on the Brian Kendrick from Smackdown, with Ezekial Jackson in Kendrick's corner. Kane had the height advantage being almost 7 feet tall, and the weight advantage over Kendrick, being at 323 pounds. Even though Kendrick had Big Zeke in his corner, it was no match for Kendrick as Kane picked up the win using his size and strength, earning Raw a second draft pick, that being the Big Show.
"This match should have been Kane vs Ezekial Jackson, because we probably could have seen a different ending." My thoughts: 100% agreed, Rob. I bet Kane vs. Zeke would have seen a different result, with Kendrick in the corner. But as for the Big Show coming back to RAW, that is another awesome pick for Monday nights.
"In 6-diva Tag Team action, the WWE Women's Champion, Melina teamed up with Kelly Kelly and Mickie James to take on Michelle McCool, Natalya and the WWE Divas Champion, Maryse.
"This match looked to me like the aftershock of the Diva Battle Royal, but it was the Smackdown Divas earning the win, and a first draft pick for Smackdown, that being WWE Women's Champion, Melina. A match between Melina and Michelle McCool is something that I would pay to see." My thoughts: Well, that is shocking to me, seeing the WWE Women's title coming over to Smackdown. I bet Divas like Michelle McCool, Maria and Gail Kim will be aiming for Melina now on Friday nights.
"2 Draft picks were up for grabs as the World Heavyweight Champion, John Cena took on the ECW Champion, Jack Swagger in a champion vs. champion non-title match, even though Swagger told Cena that once he beats him, he will become the new poster boy for the WWE.
"As great as this match was, Cena came out on top with Swagger tapping out to Cena's STF, giving Raw 2 more draft picks, Matt Hardy and the WWE Champion, Triple H.
"After the match was over however, Cena was attacked from behind by his opponent at Backlash, Edge, but Cena turned things around and chased the Rated R Superstar from the ring.
"What a night it had been for Raw thus far, huh?" My thoughts: Oh, definently. The WWE title is comin' back to Monday nights, and Triple H will no doubt take his feud with Randy Orton full circle now that he's on the same brand Orton is in now.
"Another draft pick was up for grabs as Santino Marella from Raw took on the Great Khali from Smackdown. This match was from last Friday night on Smackdown when Santino would not allow himself/his twin sister Santina to be on the Khali Kiss Cam. Well, Santino's girlfriend, Beth Phoenix had a talk with Raw General Manager, Vickie Guererro, and the Glamazon told him that if Santino loses, next week, he/his twin sister Santina will be a guest on the Khali Kiss Cam.
"Just like last Friday night, Santino lost to the Punjabi Playboy, and he/his twin sister Santina will be on the Khali Kiss Cam and Smackdown earns its second draft pick in CM Punk." My thoughts: Oh, poor Santina-- LOL I bet he/she ain't gonna like the breath of the Punjabi Playboy once Khali gets a hold of her. And I think it's pretty cool that Punk is gonna head over to Friday nights, and bringin' the MITB briefcase with him as well.
"Another draft pick was up for grabs as The Miz from ECW took on Kofi Kingston from Raw. The Miz lost the match by DQ due to outside interference from the Miz's partner, John Morrison, earning Raw another draft pick in the Miz himself, ending his partnership with John Morrison, and perhaps ending their show on WWE.com." My thoughts: I think because of this, Miz is probably gonna make "The Dirt Sheet" his own show, sans Morrison. If not, don't worry, all you Dirt Sheet fans, me and Rob will continue to bring you THIS Dirt Sheet.
"It was time for either ECW or Smackdown to get a draft pick, as Christian from ECW took on Shelton Benjamin. Captain Charisma showed why he earned the name as he picked up the win, earning ECW their first draft pick in Vladimir Kozlov." My thoughts: Well, alls I got to say is the ECW roster just got more and more vicious, as the Moscow Mauler is bringing a whole new era of violence to Tuesday nights. He made his intentions clear on WWE.com: "I want the ECW title."
"5 superstars from each brand took part in a 15-man Tri-Branded Battle Royal with the winning brand earning 2 draft picks. The final 3 men were the Big Show from Raw, Mark Henry from ECW, and Edge from Smackdown.
"For the second year in a row, Edge wins the Battle Royal earning Smackdown 2 more draft picks in Chris Jericho and Kane." My thoughts: Well, I hope Jericho doesn't make Smackdown a bad place by his presence, neither does Kane. Well, at least there's a possiblity to see the Brothers of Destruction reunite on Friday nights.
"Already Raw and Smackdown were putting their new draft picks to work as Matt Hardy from Raw took on CM Punk from Smackdown. Matt Hardy won this match by DQ when his brother, Jeff came in and attacked Matt after what happened last Friday night on Smackdown when Jeff lost to Matt in a Stretcher match, and sends Jeff flying to the ring. Raw gets another draft pick in the WWE Divas Champion, Maryse." My thoughts: It looks to me that the RAW Divas locker room got a whole lot more sexier with Maryse's presence. And I tell you, it would be pretty cool to see Maryse take on Divas such as Mickie James or Candice or Kelly Kelly.
"In the final match in the 2009 WWE Draft, it was Chris Jericho from Smackdown taking on Tommy Dreamer from ECW. Jericho proved that he is a great addition to Smackdown as he won the match over the ECW Original, earning Smackdown another draft pick in the Intercontinental Champion, Rey Mysterio.
Here is who has been drafted so far:
Drafted To Raw:
MVP Big Show Matt Hardy Triple H The Miz Maryse
Drafted To Smackdown Kane Chris Jericho Melina CM Punk Rey Mysterio
Drafted To ECW:
Vladimir Kozlov
"This draft ain't over, because tomorrow at Noon eastern on WWE.com is the 2009 supplemental draft." My thoughts: Rey Mysterio is a great addition to Friday nights, and I definently can't wait to see who else gets drafted where in tomorrow's Supplemental Draft. I just hope Vickie Guerrero gets drafted away from RAW, because I can't stand her anymore-- LOL
"In the main event, it was a 2 on 3 Handicap match as Ted Dibiase and Cody Rhodes from the Legacy took on Shane McMahon, Batista and the WWE Champion, Triple H. The Animal, McMahon and the Game each were at odds as to who wants Randy Orton in the worst way possible.
"The Animal wanted Orton for him being out of action for 4 months, Shane wanted Orton for what he did to his dad, and the Game wanted Orton for what he did to his wife, Stephanie McMahon.
"Vickie Guerrero told them whomever scores the pinfall over Rhodes or Dibiase will face Randy Orton next week on Raw and whomever gets pinned, that person will face Orton and the Legacy next week in a 3 on 1 handicap match next week.
"During the match, it was clear that Batista, the Game and Shane McMahon were more concerned with getting a win for themselves than as a team.
"Rhodes and Dibiase did their best to take their opponents strife. And Shane McMahon went as far as to stop the Animal's pin attempt.
"But in the end, it was Triple H who pedigreed Ted Dibiase to get the win and next week on Raw, it will be a Wrestlemania rematch as he will face Randy Orton.
I hope that the WWE makes this match a little better than the match at Wrestlemania." My thoughts: I hope so, too, because after this match, I was sure we'd see a Triple H-Batista feud boil over again, but that ain't the case, thank goodness, but you never know what can happen.

I got a feeling that we could see these artists with those big hits make an impact later this year.
