Unfortunately today...I woke up to find a message on my answering machine (didn't hear the phone ringing in my sleep apparently) from my doctor's office telling me that my doctor was out today with a stomach virus and that my ultrasound scheduled for 1:20 this afternoon, had to be postponed till another day.  I have to recall in a bit to re-schedule, but have to wait on my mom to come in on her lunch break.  We have one of those Magic Jacks if you've seen them on tv.  It's basically a portable phone jack that plugs into one of your computer's USB ports & gives you FREE phone calls to anywhere in the United States.  Unfortunately, the Magic Jack quit working on MY computer (we're gonna try re-installing it soon), but it works on my mom's laptop.  So when she comes in she'll boot her laptop up & I'll call to reschedule then.  I'd just call from home but we have no long distance plan (we hardly ever need to make a long distance call; except for my doctors a few towns away), and as you all know I'm sure, long distance is frickin' expensive! LOL.  Anyway, I'm rambling I know...just disappointed so I feel the need to, lol.  I SO wanted to get the ultrasound done today!   I'm tired of not knowing anything.  I've been waiting overall for nearly a month & a half!!  And now, it's gonna be at least another week, b/c my doctor only does the ultrasounds on Thursdays.  

Oh, and as a sidenote, I'm just now getting to watch some of my Ric Flair DVD that I got back at Christmas.  I've not had the time due to my appointments, staying busy with running my group & writing, and life in general. I like to watch wrestling DVDs when I can really pay attention to them; not as just background noise when I'm doing other stuff.  Anyway, I saw the first disc last night while I was doing my nails & other stuff, and was absolutely bawling by the end of it.  The part where he was tearing up during the interview segments, and then seeing footage of him behind the scenes of Wrestlemania 24...Lord....it was hard to NOT bawl.  And I found out some stuff about him that I had no idea about.  I've not read a whole lot about him so this DVD was very beneficial.  I did not know that he'd been a black market baby, or that he had been in a plane crash and broken his back in 3 places.  Makes me feel a bit dumb, lol, because I feel like I should have known it.  But I've only been watching wrestling for the past five years really, so I know that I still have a LOT to learn about.  Anyway, so far the DVD is exellent!
