You do not know how much i agree with you. i noticed this awhile ago but you really explained it well. you see Edge, Chris Jericho, or kane beat down on a star and the crowd hates him and the announcers say "come on, this is uncalled for". BUT, when John Cena does it, the crowd cheers and the announcers egg him on and keep calling the action. That is why everyone is wrapped around the babyfaces but really the babyfaces are just like the heels and do the same thing but the commentators egg them on and the fans want tot cheer for them. I was agreeing with Jericho the the entire segment. i agree with john on the case you talked about but other than that, i agreed with Y2J. In my mind, John cares to much about the fans. he does all this stuff so people can like him, but John, there are people who hate you and you dont deserve the title. I LOVED THE BLOG!

I for one, didn't boo Kane, but I didn't cheer him either, b/c I'm a fan of his AND Kofi's.



The way I see this is...(if I can get my point across right, lol, sometimes it's hard to put into words, lol) I found it different when John Cena used the steps on Jericho and gave him the beat down, because in my own OPINION, Jericho's been asking for it for a long time. And I am talking storyline here, I'm sure that Chris Jericho is a nice guy in actuality.



Anyway, It may have not been exactly right of John to beat the devil out of Jericho, but then again it wasn't right of Jericho to be standing there and calling Cena a bunch of names like a little kindergartner either, was it?



John had tried to make his points vocally, but Jericho obviously wasn't listening.



I know in my experience with life, I've had times where me and my own brother have argued (granted we were a LOT younger), and I would try to voice my opinion, and my brother would act like I'd not even said anything, much the way Jericho was doing to Cena last night. And I can tell you from experience, there were times, I tackled my brother and attempted (I'll say attempted b/c he was much bigger than me, lol) to knock him into next week. So I can related to the John's side of the storyline. When someone ignores the points you're making, and then proceeds to stoop to calling you names and things of that sort, you get pissed off enough to react. And that is what Cena did. That's my view on it, anyway.

This is no longer a sport. It is supposed to be entertainment. Just like on a soap opera, when the bad guy kills someone (we all boo). When the bad guy finally gets his due (we cheer for the good guy giving it to him). It's just a storyline that someone off camera has thought up. Sometimes the script is good, sometimes not. And the point that I really want to make is ...... whomever WWE wants at the top, is who is going to BE at the top. Seems like it is going to be Edge, Cena and Orton for now. Edge has some new enemies now Triple H, Koslov and Hardy so that will stretch out for a long time. Cena has Jericho which that scenario is going strong. Orton hates everyone and is hated by everyone so that will stretch on for awhile, too. JBL is starting something new with HBK so we will have to wait and see what that is about. Undertaker and the Big Show is played out as far as I can see. Please bury the casket. Batista is being used as a jobber as far as I am concerned. At Cyber Sunday, it was GREAT to see him win the belt, but it sure didn't last long.
