I say its about time Jeff Hardy come back to Raw.I mean its been to long and alot of jeff hardy fans miss him like me.Jeff should have a second chance to make his life better with out drugs.When Jeff comes back he should get a title rematch against Chris jericho for the intercontinal championship.
