No disrespect intended to you, but first of all, why should Jericho have any remorse for what he did to HBK & Rebecca? Did Jericho bring her in the ring? Was Jericho the 1 that was SO MAN ENOUGH, that he DROPPED to the mat, when he saw the punch coming, KNOWING she was standing behind him, just FORCING her to eat the punch? Was that Jericho? Or should the blame be put on the ONLY 1 responsible for putting her in the ring and the 1 who wasn't MAN ENOUGH to take a punch for his wife? As far as HBK's eye, during that match, was his jaw broken too? Didn't he have the ability AND Oppertunity, AT ANY TIME, to quit? Jericho never forced him to continue. What was Jericho supposed to do, give up himself, because Shawn was too dumb or pridefull to quit? HBK wanted to play A MAN, so he got treated like a man. Besides as far as HBK and Batist being #1 contenders, NEITHER 1 deserved it. HBK STILL has ONLY won 2 singles matches that has counted, since WrestleMania. Thats only 2 wins in 8 months. Snitsky has won that many, but has he ever been named #1 contender? And before the Jericho vs Batista match, Roidista also, had only won 2 singles matches, since being traded to Raw. As of now, he's only got 5 wins since the trade, in June. Count them, that's an average of 1 singles win a month. Not very impressive and definately not #1 contender material. Hell, Santino has more wins and less losses than HBK and Tista combined, but as with Snitsky, have you seen him get a WHC title shot? But I guess the whole world has seen just how Jericho took them both to school.
