Overall, It was pretty much the Flu with a higher fever.. But still, I don't like to be sick.

Yeah I rarely EVER get fevers, so this has just got me up to like 100.3 -101...so it's not terrible..but it sucks of course..fevers are just...bleh

I'm just a bag of jelly when I get sick because I get Weak legs, so I can barley walk. When I had HIN1, I crawled to my closet and found my old Game Boy Color and a bunch of old Pokemon games, so that was how I spent my Swine Flu days, LOL!

in all seriousness though, Ive never had the flu, Ive always done the same thing: multivitamins, wash hands, all the regular stuff I do during flu season.

Our main concern is that since not all doctors are for it, and since this just came out recently, how this will affect people months from now.

Yeah.  They were saying the same thing this summer, when this flu first broke out.  How it would affect people in the winter time.  I wonder if theres a cure in sight, or if therell ever be one.

This is the way i view it. There is a possibility that even with this shot you can still get the swine flu, so why get it? Why put unnecessary chemicals in your body if there is a chance that you will still get it?

I know the chances are slim that you wont but still. You don't know what these chemicals are.

Agreed.  You can actually die from regular influenza if you dont take care of yourself.  I say we just be extra cautious with ourselves,take extra vitamins, and well be OK

Oh yea, my mom was a nurse, she said putting garlic salt as opposed to reg salt in your food will build up your immune system as well

yup agreed, we have been getting stocked up with Vitamin C and all of that stuff. Even been getting hand sanitizer, you can never be too careful.

The economy is in bad shape so the govt comes up with an imaginary disease to freak the nation into spending money on flu shots, hand sanitizer, face masks and vitamins, thus stimulating the economy and pulling the nation off of this economic slump. The 1/8 of your school are just mere pawns of the govt

Nope, I have Swine Flu...and it sucks, and is worse than the normal flu...definitely overrated, but it is very real..and it sucks.

Beats me, but it definitely shows how many of us are willing to get a shot, though we're always getting different shots for different things.
