Why did WCW fail??

Ok so the start of a new youtube project and i was wondering myself just why DID wcw fail??
Was it the booking,Superstars or something else? Episode 1 should be up tonight and episode 2 tomorrow. I would like some suggestions so i can make episodes. Personally i hold the booking responsible He Lied He Cheated And He Stole Your Heart. Rip Eddie Guerrero :( |

The match which i just think oppotimises (think thats how its spelt lol) how crap it is was the Battle Royal which Kevin Nash destroyed like nearly every young talent and pinned them with his breath

I think it was the booking and the Superstars that had backstage power.

many different things, but one big one is when nash and hall came in their contracts said if anyone came in and maid more money, their contracts would be bumped up. WCW went Bankrupt because of this and was purchased at a LOW price.
