Of what Ive heard (and Ive heard alot) my favorite gutarist ever would have to Jimmy Paige. I dont think there is a song on the planet that he couldnt play or hell revise to make twice as good.

I really like Tony Iommi. He may not be the best technical guitarist of all time but he wrote some great riffs and was very influential. He helped create heavy metal plus he did it with two fingers. Also Jimmi Hendrix may not have been the greatest of all time but he was innovative and influential. He also put a lot of mood and feeling in his guitar playing and made some great songs.
