i was thinking about a new ministery lead by kane
hers a list of potential members:

paul burchill
katie lea burchill
drew mcintyre
sheamus
mike knox
curt hawkins
festus
the bella twins
hornswoggle

any thoughts?

Why should Kane lead the Ministry? The Ministry has and always be the Undertaker's creation, and he is the one to lead it.
