Both were at the top of the cage before Benny pushed Jake off of the top, but Jake grabbed on to Benny's arm, pulling him down, too. The unfortunate thing for Jake was that, even though both men were knocked out, Benny's arm was across Jake's body, which meant that the ref had to count. Benny now has a concussion that's keeping him out of action, but he will be able to keep the title.
