Mr. McMahon announced he sold RAW to a man he never thought he'd sell it to because...quite frankly he worked for him, Ladies and Gentleman the new owner of RAW is....John Bradshaw Layfield!!!
John comes out and promises the people RAW will be shaken to it's core and the ratings will soar thanks to the efforts of JBL because his visionary and cutting edge direction RAW will take. Of course over the next few months some of the roster has problems with ole JBL and of course he abuses his power and somebody has to force JBL out of ownership or else chaos will ensue because he's an egomaniac and a hard headed New Yorker turned Texan on a power trip. Hey what's Trump gonna do storyline wise besides be a figure head?? |

I like your idea...In the back of my mind,while watching Raw,I was thinking JBL will do a hostile takeover by secretly buying up shares of WWE behind Trumps back until he was the majority stockholder and by a shocking twist...owner of WWE.
There are so many directions they could take this. Maybe JBL and The Million Dollar Man Ted Dibiase do a joint stock takeover with a company they start called Billion dollar dream. I totally see somebody driving Trump out of wrestling soon, against his will.Then Mr McMahon will have to try to save the WWE from certain abuse and destruction. |

i will say trump was a shock but i was expecting jbl hogan you no someone off the wall in wrestling not trump i think this will work well to with trump being set up as the face i see this ending in a mcmhaon vs trump match again with each choseing a wrestler ad vince winning raw back.

Vince is doing this to get WWE to have more media time. It's just like wrestlemania.
I'm hoping this would happen and I think people would probably like it too. Trump buys superstars from Smackdown and ECW for his raw brand to make it better. Vince doesn't like this since he's loosing money and wants his Raw brand back. Eventually, by Survivors Series Trump will have a team called Team Raw and Vince will have a team called Team WWE. The two teams face off to see who will own Raw and the rest of WWE. |

I think the storyline is that Donald Trump purchased the entire WWE corporation.So if Vince is still chairman of the board then he is,I think,employee to Trump.Is Trump the CEO now?Linda was the CEO of WWE last I knew but they never specified where Linda McMahon is during all of this...Plus...The board of the WWE would have had to legally given Vince permission to make such a large stock sale or at least had a vote on the matter.
I know its just a storyline and Im sure the writters dont intend to get into specifics.Trump now owns Raw,Smackdown and ECW so this storyline could get interesting.Maybe some big name wrestlers will return to WWE under the line that Trump made them offers they could not refuse. Surely something will come out of this that should spark up new material.Like commercial free Raw this monday...Thats different. Summer Slam is just around the corner.I expect we will see some huge matches booked this year.Matches we may not expect.Lets hope. |

Like I said before. Vince is just doing this to get media time and that equals money. Hopefully something good will come out of this like new wrestlers or something drastically new that will change WWE forever.

You are right...Vince sold only Monday Night Raw to Trump.
Why did I think he sold the entire company? Ok so this is just a Raw storyline.Maybe its a storyline that ends with a bald trump at summerslam lol.Yeah....That wont happen.One thought that does stick in my mind is that last time Trump and McMahon got together Bobby Lashley was involved.Is it possible we may see the return of Lashley or is that not possible either? |
