There have been some great Raw moments in parking lots....

Vince's corvette filled up with cement
Various street fights
Austin blowing up the DX bus
Austin crushing The Rock's car with a monster truck
Triple H & Rikishi hitting The Rock with a car
DX was banned from the arena so they had a cookout and took over the video control bus
Multiple people being attacked by mysterious assailants
Stephanie's blouse got ripped halfway off (I think it was Sable who did it)
Fireworks going off in Vince's limo
Kurt Angle trashing Undertaker's motorcycle

This is just a few off of the top of my head...with a little planning and some crowd control they could have an enourmously successful Raw from a parking lot.  Just charge people to park...they'd be jammed and making money hand over fist in merchandising.  Talent can change in empty equipment trailers and shower back at their hotels.  It could be a Hell of a tailgate party, too!!!!  BYOB and BBQ pit.  Vince wouldn't even have to spring for catering...everyone would be happy to feed a Diva or Superstar for the chance to have a face to face "real" meeting. 

Yeah, let's do it.  Houston's Reliant Center has a ginormous parking lot and an empty field across the street that used to be an amusement park.  Let people park across the street in the field and set up multiple rings in the parking lot.  They'd have more people than they had for all of Mania weekend.  This would be an ultimate wrestling party.  Who's with me?
